  1. See Title, I would like an interior designer to refurnish the interior of my property. I would like to also add private & secure parking that fits with the neighborhood motif. 4806481
  2. unlocked, $999,999 at the door, 3 hidden OG safes and the original storage container that holds about 2.5 times an OG safe. Willing to negotiate if necessary. Tele: 457-2726
  3. As stated above, give players an option to either place themselves online, hidden (offline), busy etc. via the Messaging or Contacts App in their phone, so player's can essentially see who's available for RP. For those players who don't want to be bothered they can just set it to hidden, to appear offline as they would if they weren't in the city at all. (To avoid the previous problem of ghost calling to see if rival gangs were in the city). One step further would be to allow for a short status message to display somewhere in the UI, so if someone wanted to share to their Contact list that they have a car or property for sale or are looking for a particular type of activity (poker, car races, events).
  4. Little Seoul Small Property: 3 Calais Ave (1.2 Mil) Unlocked for inspection. 457-2726
  5. This rule is the boogeyman among factions as it’s so vague and I’ve heard so many different understandings of it, that the normal course of action via role play is, “Oh my ally and all his friends are currently dying? Sweet, I have a haircut appointment but good luck!”
  6. So to add some detail, we had just completed Chumash successfully, around 5pm UTC, with approximately 150 players on the server, after dropping off the proceeds, Route 68 was open so we setup for it, the number of police must’ve dropped below the threshold and our attempt at a 2nd bank in a row was thwarted by the server script. I understand not having enough police around can be an issue, it was just interesting because during the transition between the two banks one of our crew was pulled over by 5+ vehicles with 7+ officers, which I would assume is sufficient to take on a bank crew of 6-8. No hate from this side, just adding some clarity.

  9. Issue Being Reported: My original forum account "Wumbah", was banned upon creation. I've been using a secondary email to use the forums since then as I was unsure as to what steps to take to get this remedied. Date and Time of Issue (provide timezone): Around 6 months ago. 10. This definitely got sidetracked because I divulged too much IC information in regards to blacklisting and what not. To condense the topic... Bayview Mechanics on duty -> Bayview Auto Repair Station Does NOT work. LSC Mechanics not on duty -> LSC Auto Repair Station Works LSC Mechanics on duty -> LSC Auto Repair Station Does NOT work. Bayview Mechanics not on duty -> Bayview Auto Repair Station Works That's the suggestion. Thank for you coming to my ted talk. The blacklist, IC reasons and necessary actions to fix the issue can be handled ICly. The only reason I brought it up was because OOC Toxicity can be an approved behavior for LSC employees, which could lead to a player being blacklisted for reasons not caused by his own actions and in that case the current auto repair system could lead itself to a situation where the player, through no fault of his own, does not have access to repair services. I completely understand if anyone disagrees with me, but this was basically to allow the devs an opportunity to fix something if it wasn't an intended result of their current mechanics, if it is already an intended result than I shall deal with this issue ICly only and no longer post about it on the Eclipse Forums. Edit: Additional Comment: this may only affect a small subset of the server population (probably only me, lol), but if Bayview ever decides to start a blacklist than the problem (or not a problem depending on your point of view) could get larger.
  11. Your using the term “chose to pursue” pretty liberally here. I didn’t choose to get blacklisted for something that can’t be proven and the person who was used as evidence retracting their statement. The only concrete evidence the player has to use to blacklist me is my kidnap consent request which was OOC. And if you read my suggestion accurately, I’m asking for Bayview’s automated services to work when Bayview doesn’t have mechanics on duty. I am not trying to get my vehicle serviced at LSC automatically or otherwise. you are also speaking with certainty about my actions in regards to whether or not I deserve to be blacklisted without knowing the actual details the caused the blacklist. I also believe the automated services are there for when a player cannot get his vehicle repaired by another player due to their unavailability (ie: they are not on duty), in the case I’m referencing, there is not a single player on duty with the ability to repair my vehicle so my suggestion makes sense in my eyes and I’d be happy to consider your stance once you understand the situation fully. Edit for clarity: The evidence used to blacklist me is me asking an employee’s girlfriend what she values in her boyfriend and what she would tell someone if his life was in jeopardy or he was at risk of being kidnapped. It was being asked to get the person being questioned to truly dig deep when considering her answer, at no point was any actual threats made nor did I follow through with any illegal actions. Regardless, it’s an IC issue, this thread is for the automated repair services being available geographically based upon on-duty mechanics.
  12. My character has ran into the problem where he is permanently blacklisted from LSC (which seems to have mechanics on duty more often), the current automated repair system of the city requires no mechanics to be on duty whatsoever to be utilized. This has led to my character being completely unable to utilize mechanic services when an employee is on-duty at LSC but none are available at Bayview. my suggestion would be to enable the automated services based upon location and on-duty mechanics at that place of business. from an RP stance I find it hard to believe a business would turn off something that could earn them income when a competing business is manned. another I hiccup I’ve ran into is when calling a mechanic using /mechanic, this request goes to bay view and LSC mechanics, when a LSC mechanic arrives and checks me against the black list he refuses services. I would suggest for this that a blacklisted customer’s mechanic request doesn’t show up for LSC or the blacklist be bypassed for /mechanic requests. also, being able to be permanently placed on the LSC blacklist for something that cannot be proven is very damaging OOC & IC with very little counter play when the opposing party has OOC toxicity permissions and the game mechanics lock a player out of receiving repairs in particular commonly occurring situations. Thank you for reading. Wumbah aka Xavier “Cowfucker” Wallace
  13. EDIT: apologies, it appears when I had attempted to steal a vehicle the mechanics were different.
  14. Just yesterday, IC there was a situation where a lab was reported and the fact that the doors were being boltcut gave the cook time to break down the tables and hide them and all the ingredients in a place the cops did not find... so, tell me again how it doesn't nerf drug labs? Not replying after this as to respect the thread. Hit me up in the PMs if you still wanna talk. See Python's Edit Below, as a criminal IC, I still want his shotgun. Second Edit: For those of you wondering how it went down in the PMs.
  15. Not sure where I said it should be balanced where the encounters are 50/50. I'm saying that there is blatant disregard for RP related circumstances when it comes to protecting the cops from less than fun RP (ie: such as their guns not being lootable, their cars not starting even if you lock pick them, etc.) I have no issues with the balance as it relates to the cops winning most encounters with criminals (as that is primarily the case in real life as well). My issue is that the balance is already in the PD's favor and the quality of life for the average criminal is already pretty substandard. I'm all for PD not having to go out of pocket to buy the boltcutters, but to essentially nerf the drug tables (by making it much easier to get your lab taken from you) for the sake of RP? Ok, I agree, the next time I shoot a cop, I want his shotgun, it's too obvious that it would be on the ground lying next to him. Also, for the sake of argument, if I was a drug making criminal, the door you see from the outside would just be for cosmetic purposes, I'd have monstrous steel reinforced doors that have been braced from the inside to ensure you had to use some sort of explosives or new very expensive thing to get through it.
  16. Your suggestion affects game balance, my comment is also related to game balance.
  17. When PD guns are lootable and your cars start after being lockpicked I'll start caring about how "realistic" you having to take 1 hour to get into my lab is.
