  1. +1. Also, if possible, add an "arms" and maybe even a "chest" option to clothing stores. This way, you could choose different sets of arms to prevent clipping with clothing from happening.
  2. Although demands are not "required" I feel like people will still make sure to give them 9 out of 10 times just because of how used everyone is to it and having the mindset of "If no demands are given, people will probably report" And yes, IF you do give demands, they'll have to be valid. Demands are a courtesy and not a requirement, but them not being a requirement does not mean that when they are in fact given, they should be half-assed.

  4. Fair enough, although I do think adding the suggested anims would not be hard at all since they are already in the game and just changing up the code for 2 or 3 commands would be way more convenient.
  5. Short and simple suggestions that would improve QOL: - Add group chats, it would be SO convenient, especially for criminals to make sharing radio frequencies way easier. Currently, you are NOT allowed to share frequencies on LifeInvader which is the only "social media platform" ECRP has. It's a pain in the ass to text 30+ people a frequency on a frequent basis, group chats would make this way less of a chore. - Add timestamps for messages. Currently you're only able to see the date a message was sent on, timestamps would be a very nice addition. - Missed calls. Similar to the "recents" tab, make it so that you can view missed calls, whether your phone was on or off at the time. As long as you did not pick up the call, it should show up in your missed calls. - Be able to type while having your phone pulled out. This would improve RP even in simple scenarios like signing an invoice at LSC or Bayview while pulling your phone out and RP'ing signing the invoice while your phone is out. Or possibly add an anim to make your character hold a phone out, but not actually use your phone (/anim phone).
  6. This rule got changed, post can be archived. Thanks!

  8. While Blaze and Brandon are driving around the city having a chat, they notice a barber shop up for sale on Mad Wayne Thunder Drive. Interested in the possibilities, Blaze and Brandon park up and walk in to check out the property, discussing if potentially owning a barber shop would be profitable for them. To get a few more opinions, Blaze calls Joshua, Nick, John and Raymond to come over on radio. The four of them arrive and have a look around the barber shop, nodding at each other. “You know what? It’s been a while since I had a haircut, how about we check right here on the spot if we could run this business”, Raymond says. “Alright, what kind of haircut are you thinking of, Ray?”, Brandon asks him. “I want dreads”, Ray replies. Brandon and John nod at each other, immediately realizing how good of an opportunity this will be to mess around with Ray like they always do. “Please mess it up”, John quietly whispers to Brandon. Brandon nods at John and chuckles as that was exactly what he was planning on doing. While Ray gets comfortable in the chair to get his hair washed, the rest of the guys make sure to grab all the supplies. As Blaze starts washing Ray’s hair, Ray starts demanding all sorts of food and drinks which of course he did not get as, according to the rest of the guys, it is not a damn restaurant. “It’s not a damn restaurant, Ray”, they say. Disappointed but understanding, Ray leans back to let Blaze continue washing his hair. Blaze finishes up washing Ray’s hair and dries it. Josh hands over a pair of trimmers to Brandon after which he starts trimming Raymond’s hair. It wasn’t until later on, after Brandon had already cut off a large part of Ray’s hair, that Ray realized that his hair didn’t even need to be cut as he just wanted dreads, which actually only required some braiding to be done. When looking in the mirror, Ray starts to realize what had been done to him and the results of that will be kept away from everyone’s eyes to see. 9. I would like to suggest a change to the 3 hour rule that is linked to the DM rule. 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper IC motive and interaction. Prior interaction should include escalation such as a robbery or a report to the police. Players may not kill victims who have complied with a plausible demand in reasonable time unless involved in severe hostile activity against them or an ally within 3 hours. Players on foot should only be attempted to be hit with a vehicle once with valid motive. Vehicles cannot be used as weapons in active shootouts unless where unavoidable. Players must be able to explain their reason and provide proof of prior reasoning if requested. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand. I feel like 3 hours is too short, personally I think it severely limits RP. Imagine the RP it could bring if you extend it to 24 hours, people can properly plan things out like hostage situations, raids, ambushes, you name it. Three hours is just way too short, what if people log off shortly after whatever incident you had for the day/night, there goes your RP opportunities. I'm not saying to remove the entire rule, but extend it to ATLEAST a full day (24 hours) from the day it started to allow for better and more thought/planned out RP.
  10. This. It's a pain in the ass with a 60% keyboard. I feel like the mouse popping up in all menus and inventories should just be a thing, just like it does when you open your inventory. Rebinding is an option, but as you might know a 60% keyboard doesn't have that many options to rebind something to as it's literally missing 40% of the keys a normal keyboard has. I'm sure a lot more people play with a 60% keyboard and would find this a nice QOL change.
  11. I would love if it's possible to implement a feature that enables your mouse cursor automatically whenever you open any type of inventory or menu, I'm pretty sure it already does for some things. I personally use a 60% keyboard and it's a pain in the ass when I'm using drug tables for example, constantly having to take my hands off my mouse to press FN+2 to use F2, etc. It would just make the gameplay a bit more fluid overall.
  12. My suggestion is very short and simple, add the sounds from Yputi's post into the game by default. I feel like it would contribute to RP in a good way. Shouldn't be hard to implement at all, as far as I'm aware. EDIT: Maybe also make it so that your character does the /anim radio animation when you use your radio? Right now, your character does nothing when using the radio, it would be a nice thing to change that.
  13. It was a calm night for the Royals with nothing much going on so Blaze, Brandon, Jaylen & Lilith decided to head out for a drive through the city, seeing if they could find something to get into. It took them driving a while until they stumbled upon a man driving a white Blista Compact very suspiciously through tight alleyways before ending up outside of the Del Perro apartment complex. The 4 Royals slowed down and came to a stop. The man got out of his car, grabbed his crate and walked up to the Sultan Classic. “What is in the crate?”, Blaze asked. “Water bottles”, the man replied. Blaze, Brandon, Jaylen & Lilith all looked at each other and nodded, all four knew damn well what these water bottles were going to be used for. After a short chat with the man, in which he mentioned that he just came back from Sea Labs, Blaze quietly whispered “We are going to watch which floor he is going to and we are going to raid him, get ready”. Backup was called and Blaze pulled the Sultan Classic around the corner, moving it closer to the entrance of the apartment complex and told Brandon to keep an eye on which floor the man was going to. After confirming the floor, Jaylen, Lilith, Easton, Tom and Jesse all got out with their .50’s in hand and joined Brandon to the floor. The 6 of them set up in the hallway of the man’s apartment, waiting for him to come back out. They didn’t have to wait for long, shortly after setting up the man came out of his apartment wearing a chemical mask. “Hands up and get down on your knees”, Brandon shouted. The man complied with Brandon’s demands and got down on his knees. Brandon took the man’s keys to the apartment and took the man himself, Jesse, Easton and Blaze inside with him while Jaylen and Lilith kept watch outside of the apartment. The man, being constantly held at gunpoint, was taken to the office room and questioned, robbed of his phone and license and forced to give the Royals the codes to all of his safes. While Easton, Blaze and Jesse took care of the man, Brandon made sure to dismantle every single drug table and check all of the safes for valuable items, storing everything in crates and bags to take with them. The Royals cleaned everything up and made sure to leave the man locked in his office room with no access to his keys, so that they could get away safely. Carrying and storing the heavy bags and crates into their vehicles, the Royals left Del Perro to go and store everything they got in their own storage. In the end they got a hold of multiple drug tables, multiple .50’s, a bunch of ready to be sold cocaine, a good feeling and a big smile on their faces knowing they executed all of this perfectly. Moral of the story: Watch your mouth and don’t give people more information than they need to know. https://streamable.com/rbj8z4
  14. From what I know, tables can explode at any given time, even when cold but just with a significantly smaller chance. So it might not be a bug.
  15. +1, you can swear without using racial/homophobic or any of these kind of slurs
  16. Don't really see why this is not a thing. In most scenarios you'd be able to reach for your ear and press the radio to communicate. It's frustrating not being able to use it and the only reason I see for it not being there is that it might take some work away from EMS as you'd maybe get your friends to help you out a bit more when you're injured. But then you could also argue that you'd contact a friend through radio to contact EMS for you, as using your phone to call 911 is too hard compared to just using your radio. For me it makes more sense to reach for your radio when injured, then to grab out your phone, unlock it and call 911.
