People need to accept that not everyone is accepting of things and if sure if sometbing came up that other communities didn’t like then they’d say their opinion that’s how it works

Add an action timer to equipping and unequipping things in /fl
Sigma replied to Sigma's topic in Civilian Suggestions
Yup, someone literally put a clip in here where there is a PD officer just spawning in a carbine mk II but apparently its 'enforced' which isnt a strong argument really, you can say something is 'enforced', like the law, doesnt mean everyone follows it. -

I think this should defintiley be more enforced then as I dont think I have ever seen this type of RP from any officers other than the ones who either create the rule of this, or a select few others. People clock on, select their weapons and they stay on their character always, I see officers rolling up to traffic stops with rifles on their backs and everything. 1. whats the need 2. why is it on them in the first place if they are supposedly meant to rack it in their cruiser unless they are using it. Referring back to the /fl, im sure many can agree that /fl is abused in the way you can retrieve stuff from it so quickly, and the majority I see dont RP taking anything from cruiser, or they often just "already have stuff in their cruiser" such as a sniper rifle... I highly doubt youve always got a sniper in your cruiser. It either needs to be more closely monitored so that these rules are actually being enforced rather than just being words on paper. -

Unfortunately im sure youre part of the minority that abides by this as I rarely see RP for unracking heavys on bikes at all, sometimes on cruisers but not as often as you should. Its something that is said to be done but never experienced or saw to actually be getting done. -

I dont understand the sense of a timer to put something in glovebox. It doesnt really make any difference as you cant prevent this anyway and putting something in a glovebox brings no advantage no matter how fast or slow. Im sure someone stashing something in their glovebox when they are pulled over doesnt really effect any roleplay at all, whereas someone parking, taking out, and driving away a new car takes less than around 10 seconds, I think thats a whole different story, as well as the changing uniform through /fl, im sure it presents an unfair playing field for someone to essentially 'spawn in' a carbine in a matter of seconds during a fight (and it has been done before) which has resulted in loss for the opposing party. -
hey there friend, I have a warrener pickup with low mileage around your price point?

Although there may be properties available, for many people the sole purpose of these properties are for storage. to possibly open up the housing market for people who actually want to own a house for the purpose of owning a house. It would also give the opportunity for players to make a business out of this by renting out multiple crates for people to store their goods in. Obviously there would be restrictions around these crates such as you are not allowed to build outside of the crates as this would not make sense. Due to the crates small size, they would only have an interior of 2long x 1wide x 1high to keep the realism of these. I think the best place for these would be around the terminal area or “bitcoin island” as there is a mass of crates there which could be put to use and bring life to that area of the city.

It would be a lot better to add an option to the UI which gives you the ability to search through a bag/briefcase whilst it is still on your person instead of having to drop the bag on the floor and risk it being stolen when you place it down. It also just makes sense for this to be a thing as with it being a sling of the shoulder bag, youd just swing it round have a look through and swing it back, not take it fully off and place it on the ground and go through that whole process. Keeping the original option of searchign would obviously still make sense but this little extra could help a lot.
