  1. I guess it would be handy to have whilst chopping the car for protection but to possibly find the gun whilst pulling the car apart for say when you take all the wheels and doors off it could be 'hidden' in there

    Selling dinghy

perfect to get to a certain island and any regular trips. Selling for under stock price send offers
  3. +111 allowing guns to be found would allow so much more oppurtunity for entry into criminal roleplay. And lets be real its not just a free gun, if you get caught pick picklocking the car youre gonna go to jail, and with it being a low chance its not gonna be like everyones got a gun. Its a good suggestion it starts people off well rather than freelance, which doesnt make sense sometimes if oure gonna be a post man one day then robbing people the next.
  4. Not asking for private labs back but fr man there is risk lol. Its not just you spawn tables and get to work. You have to risk a lot of money for it stop acting like private labs were no risk whatsoever because they werent
  5. Now with chop shops only being in labs, and labs being more populated due to the update on private labs it would be nice to see soem chopshops added back to where they used to be i believe there was one at grove, in stab city, in the scrap yard, butchers, right lake, and if there wasnt already, one at the docks. I feel this would allow players to actually use the chopping mechanic away from a lab, it seperates drugs and chopping as since there in the same area, peoeple are holding a lab, you get robbed for using the chop when you have no intention to use the labs. I understand this could spread players more apart, but I do think that it could be a good idea as it would allow people to chop cars more rather than not due to drug labs being occupied.
  6. Issue is how do you move away from that mentality? The rules are not preventing such a way of playing and so thats what people result to doing. It would be great if you could go to a lab with the oppurtunity of working alongside people, yet whenever the thought of going to a public lab comes to mind, its just "ah theres no point theres probs some big gang holding it" No matter if you want to go in, work along side the gang and essentially be taxed as some have said, more often than not youre told to stick your hands up empty your pockets, they rob your car and your gutted of everything. I myself am not sure what could be implemented to stop this, possibly something just or even the smallest bit less profitable than cooking drugs as since drugs are really the only main focus, and chop shops are in labs there needs to be alternative methods of income even the smallest bit lower which would even out where players are. Its all going to get boring after a while of no one being able to survive a lab without being robbed. With private labs now, i think it has just got to a point where they cannot be saved. I think just finish off whats been started, remove private labs, implement a /refundequipment command to refund your equipment, get import price for your equipment and carry on with life.
  7. +1 Would help all of the restaurants and just general server. Would be nice to add a farmers market or ingredients market so youre able to use ingredients to cook special dishes

  11. Economy kinda already gonna get slowly worse with money harder to get for crims who relied on private labs. The money earned from tables will slowly detiriorate to be honest
  12. I think just do something same as the weapon attachments /refundequipment get your import price per item back, it will solve most of the problem. Of course people wont have their private labs anymore, but at least they wont just have tables sat in a property doing nothing. Its basically like hundreds of thousands of dollars just sat there there should be a way to just sell the tables and move on. No point making half a change just get rid of them because that seems like the intention in the first place
  13. +1 just remove them again when the update is actually implemented rather than during the upcoming time to the update.
  14. You are as right as rain mr JJ. More labs spreads it out, maybe put some more labs in some different locations, it spreads the cod lobbies apart and will probs be better because adding 1 more lab but then forcing like 10x the people out into the labs wont work and isnt working there needs to be more room to keep the rp between people in labs, but to stray away from basically implementing a warzone
  15. This is the thing if people are pretty much forced into doing that now it just leaves people dominating and then people who aren’t able to experience it properly
  16. let’s be real buckaroo, obviously it’s going to be for the money. Crimes aren’t sitting afk none stop either there is a lot of Rp you may not be aware of
  17. ^^^^^^^ So real. Its the argument of making more RP yet most legal faction members sit afk or tabbed out farming there salary where instead even if you are cooking in a lab, you dont have to just sit tabbed out, push a button and money gets printed - Theres a process that goes into the production. Getting the money in the first place to buy equipment and materials, buying a property, setting up the lab, cooking the drugs, having to actually interract with it not just let it be, labs can also be ran interactively with many players too, its not always a one man job. Although there is "more life in the city" tbh it is going to be termporary boost in life before people find another way of making money how it used to be, or alternatively not logging in as much because its getting boring. Unless you are a high level crim with good stash and backup, your done for in these public labs, they have always kinda been a space where your at risk of being robbed easy, now its just been made even worse. By pushing everyone to public labs, realisitically its just pushing further and further towards encouraged PvP.
  18. I never said fight, i said go against in terms of like pursuits, or for instance PD rolling into a certain lab that seems to be in their patrol route, sometimes the only way out is a fight in order to reduce the likelyhood of you losing stuff.
  19. At the end of the day, the cops and crims are gonna cross paths. Im not saying its cops vs crims but with crims main source of income pretty much removed, those without huge stashes wont stand a chance against LEO's because they simply cannot afford to put up a fight as a lot of the time that is what situations result in - Most of the time LEO coming out on time meaning more losses from crims. Also in regards to saying the money should not be a focus, why ask for pay rises in legal jobs when it doesnt matter. It should be all about the RP right! Also its not about meta money making, its about the normal way of making money, its been that way for a long time and to just make such a large change in such a short amount of time its kinda unnecessary. If legal factions had their pay drastically reduced im sure there would be a huge uproar from your side.
  20. +1 if the main source of income has pretty much disintegrated, the prices of good that crims are wanting to buy should go down with that. There has really just been another problem added to an already difficult situation, throwing away huge investments of crims and ultimately resulting in huge losses, not only from the previously bought equipment, but through the process of adapting to the new changes.
