+1 but it would need to be balanced as I get peoples points about it ruining any DOC rp. An example would be that when logged off, the jail time goes down at 25% of real time and or it stops going down once you are left with 1 hour or 30 minutes for example, in my opinion this would encourage people to actively rp for that final hour rather than just tabbing out for a full 5 hour sentence only to tab in for afk math. Other alternatives could be to give more tasks in DOC to allow you to reduce time, for example, cleaning dishes, sweeping the cells anything along the lines of this. Once a task is completed, a certain amount of time is taken off your jail time automatically. DOC could control who could or couldn’t do this based off good behaviour. In my opinion this would encourage people to rp with doc more and not only that but build good relations with them instead of just “fuck the guards!! Let’s riot!!” like Samuel said, this is a game after all and personally, working 10 hours a day, coming home and having to essentially afk for 5 hours in DOC is just demotivating. I do think a good middle ground can be found to benefit both DOC and Criminals.

I like the idea but 5 hours per week is too excessive. Should be spread across for example a 3-6 month period and if the inactivity is reached and the business is auctioned, all the money should go to the previous owner as they're crazy expensive now and they don't deserve to just lose the money.

Static drug labs. Currently, in each static lab there are 2 tables. Once for cooking Crack, Cocaine, Heroin and Meth, and the other for Seeds and Marijuana. The problem As it stands, you can cook 20 Marijuna and ~10 Cocaine per hour. If we go off the rough prices of drugs as seen below, that works out at around $6.000 per hour for the cocaine and $9.000 per hour for the Marijuana. So in the best case scenario it's $15.000 per hour, Taking away the cost of materials for the cocaine ($2.000) It works out at $13,000 roughly per hour. Which on paper sounds pretty decent, However the risk involved in this is so much higher than a lab at home, providing you cool the home setup adequately. You run the risk of SD/PD raiding the labs as well as rival gangs attempting to attack you. Not to mention you need a lot of people assisting you to be safe, so when you split the money it's by far not worth it. My suggestion I’m not looking for the labs to return to how they used to be, But my suggestion is more tables to be added. Maybe 2 of each, which would make the hourly rate roughly $26.000. I personally feel that this is enough to make holding a lab worth it for a gang, and with the ongoing need of drugs to maintain turfs I feel its needed also.

I agree, From all the conflict I have been apart of, The past few months have been on another level of OOC toxicity. I've had a picture of myself posted in Fashion in an attempt to mock me. I personally didn't care but not everyone can take that sort of shit on the internet. People need to remember we're all here to have fun. I think a major issue right now is, if people lose IC then they seem to take it OOC to the forums for minor rule breaks that could easily be resolved privately but instead people just seem to want other people banned, which in the long run helps absolutely no body. Back when I was apart of Dojin in the WCA war, I can't remember this many reports let alone any sort of OOC toxicity. I was invited into the Triad discord while I was still a prisoner to them IC and had OOC banter with them every day, while logging in and shouting abuse to the same people IC. Its ROLEPLAY. Learn to leave it IC.
