That's because of all these posts, crims all think they are getting removed so they are currently using them more than usual under the assumption they are being removed soon.

cops still have it, and i think they should continue to have it for like another 3/6 months (or however long it takes for the gun to be rarely seen in the hand of a crim), but they shouldn't be using it every day, only when a shootout vs cops is happening should they be deployed. I'm not entirely sure but I think SD/PD requirements for them are decently high, SED/PD's equivilent only I hope.

I mean it's either offer a refund for a price above import so everyone that had to pay tax for them isn't just losing hella money, and it'd be paying for the inconvenience of just, deleting a gun they fairly bought which was decided and implemented as an import. Or, you just... wait? they were a very expensive gun and they will no longer ever be available again, that alone is enough to make people not want to take them out as much. As people lose them to cops their number is only going down which willl make them less and less common until no one brings them out anymore and they're sold as collectors/flex weapons. I don't believe there is that much of a surplus of them that they need to be forcefully deleted. Yeh, it's not the most fun right now, but give it time and it'll fix itself. (or maybe there's way more than I thought and this will take too long I dunno)

DOC Open it up, open up the whole yard at least, it's too small for any meaningful roleplay, perfect for caged, AFK chickens though Prisoners can't even do a /me without every guard being in range to see it. Allow people to make lifer DOC characters who are foverever in DOC. Create a mix of people who are choosing to log in and play prison roleplay, and the people who have no choice, help level out the mood. Bring back poker with stamps. NPC who sells illegal items for stamps? Trusted lifers who encourange RP over a period of time could be rewarded with items/stamps that can further their player story within the prison Stashes for prisoners to hide stuff away from guards, allow them to keep stuff in there so they can resume their RP once they return to DOC, give people one less reason to hate going there 'oh I have stuff in my stash I can go try rob a rival gang member, or get revenge on xyz'. This way you'd have your own progression within DOC, You did go to jail today, but hey this lifer said they'd sell you a shank for 2k stamps, and you're almost there. Next visit to DOC you'd be able to get your hands on a knife or whatever. I'm sure Chunder and the gang have many other great ideas, let's give them the resorces and attention they deserve. There's so much potential for actual fun RP here. RACING WHERE IS OUR RACING SCRIPT? Racing is an extremely fun and large part of the game both online and on other RP servers, which for some odd reason has been entirely left out here on ECRP, so many gangs/groups have had racing as their focus and kept it going with 0 script support, it can be done without but why should it? the benefits are massive and I see literally zero cons. It would give PD/SD a little more to do, they could even form a new division to held gather information/race prevention ect.

Negative effects of drugs persist after death which makes no sense (loss of wellness/visual effects) Take Heroin, die, wellness is lower than normal after a death, and suffer from withdrawal visual effects. Happens with every drug.

I agree with mostly everything that you've said, I don't see a place on the server for that kind of shit and i'm all up for private reports for reports of that nature to make people more likely to report and feel comfy doing so. The only thing I don't quite like is removing ALL gross RP. My main character Kon, has a big word scared onto his stomach from a situation where he was kidnapped and tortured many years ago, that RP happened when I was reletivly new to the server but it was one of the most emmersive experiences I've had. I'm all up for removing sexual gross RP, but if asked for OOC and given the go-ahead I would like to keep other forms of gross RP, I don't see a reason to limit roleplay between consenting players.

And where do you think these 'smaller gangs' are going to get 20k every day for their armor?, that they are certainly going to lose daily. Armor and even heavy weapons is not going to turn these newer/smaller gangs into powerhouses, I've wiped PD enough times to know this. I also don't even use AP anymore and I'm in one of the biggest factions on the server and fight often. Armor is not gonna solve these problems you think you're having. Make some friends, there are plenty of gangs that will be good with you without 'bending over' for them, learn at what time of the day you can and can't cook.

I think you're missing the point that blunts ARE SUPPOSED to be better versions of painkillers. they are an ILLEGAL alternative that help very slightly in activities that crims are a part of (shootouts/lockpicking). Crims need to go to a drug lab, pick the plants, then cook them into blunts. If they are successful in first getting a hold of them, now they have to carry them until it becomes useful to actually use it... That's assuming you haven't been pulled over and searched, or arrested for another crime then hit with another charge because of the blunts, or maybe the officer just smelt it ! oh or maybe your cute little dog sniffed it out. There are ZERO downsides to buying a legal painkiller. Adding a 10 second sit and look at the screen into visual effects would make blunts so dog shit me and a lot of people just wouldn't use them anymore as the trade off wouldn't make sense for a bit of a heal and 10% damage reduction. If I can barely see and had to afk for 10 seconds before hand it would bring the blunt back in line with a painkiller, which it is SUPPOSED to outperform. A blunt is not LSD. Get rid of the ugly visual effects, aint no one tripping like that off a blunt, just give it a 5 second puff animation, sorted.

in game SFX volume down, rage multiplayer volume up. there you go, everyone's biggest issue with the rain fixed, not hard. give me more rain.

huge +1 while we're at it, add more food options/recipes. there are so many restaurants and food stores that would benefit massively, give people options to choose from!

+1 for anything that removes clutter. Us players that already know where everything is can remove, those that still need it can keep it !

But putting campfires under them is already a rule break on it's own. Besides, if the car is blown up then it makes sense for anything inside to be destroyed And for pushing a car into water, you need to have the car unlocked already to push a car so they'd already have access to whatever is inside. +1 for OP's suggestion, drop all items from a car that is sent to mors from being in water, delete items from cars that are blown up.

Perhaps staff don't want to police people's posts, which honestly is understandable. But I hate the idea of less and less people putting full effort into their stories and posts. The argument might be 'If you don't want to read AI posts, then don't.' I'd reply with 'If you don't have the mind/creativity to think of and write stories, then don't write them.'

I think we know what I'm about to talk about. If you don't, it's the blatant use of ChatGPT or other AI writing models to write entire paragraphs to showcase character/faction RP. Listen, I don't mind the use of them to help people make their stories/bios a little more captivating by using words that might not be in their vocabulary or maybe to help them make better use of the English language if they aren't a native speaker. But seeing entire walls of text that are just so painfully copy pasted from a small prompt that was thrown into an AI writing app is just not worth reading in my opinion, and quite frankly is a spit in the face to all of the amazing posts from insanely creative people that have been writing stories for years or even the people writing their stories for the first time. I feel this recent trend is only going to grow as people see others doing it, then decide 'why should I put all this effort when these others aren't' and we lose all creativity within these stories. I don't quite know where the line should be drawn, but I hope staff can find that line, as I believe a line is certainly needed. (this is not a dig at anyone or any faction in particular, I just won't be reading any of them personally which is a shame as I enjoy reading story posts and appreciate them.)

So I was one of the first people to buy a Patriot Mil-Spec, once finding out the vehicle was comically slow and terrible off-road once upgrading it, the one saving grace was that the windows were bullet proof. since then the bullet proof windows have been removed and any resemblance of a useful vehicle have evaporated. It's bad off road, it's slow as all hell, ect, ect. There is nothing about this vehicle that would valuate it's price what so ever. I'm not asking for a full refund, but perhaps the ability to refund prior nerfed vehicles bought via credits with either the in game currency or credits. Personally I'd be happy with just the upgrade cost of modifications returned, but that's just me. I'm all up for supporting the server with credit vehicles, but when the sole advantage of those credit vehicles is removed after the fact, we feel rather cheated. I'm just looking for some sort of compensation, be it a refund of the modifications, the credits spent, or a swap for a vehicle of equal or lesser credit value
