I stabilised the patient and put him in my ambulance all while still handcuffed. Once I arrived at the hospital as you are aware the patient automatically comes out of the ambulance and in this case he was able to run away again. Something worth looking into. I saw a script on GTA Network that will change the status above someones head when they are talking or typing. It would literally just showing 'TALKING' or 'TYPING'.
