  1. I mean, I can't say it's a MASSIVE problem because in my experience I've only encountered it three times where they've let me know that they changed their name, I'm not that good at Alias'ing people so I don't run into it as much personally, but i'm toying with the idea of when i get to a certain level my character changes identity, and I realized that it's somewhat useless because he has no criminal background, it would be more or less to get a new start with the people that know him. I don't want it to come across like I'm running into people left and right that are correcting me about their name, I just feel like with how much it costs to go full blown changing identity there should be a better bang for your buck... Also in an RP sense, say you want to go undercover where it's PD into an illegal faction or vice versa. If you change your name/look, can you really trust those people to not use that old information to be bias against you, it would only make sense to clear that alias out from them knowing anything at all.
  2. I want to suggest that changing your name in game should remove your name from anyone that has "alias'ed" you. Changing your name/identity in game is not cheap but it doesn't give you any real fresh start so unless you simply want to change your name just for the hell of it there's not a real point. This may be a stretch but it feels like if you change your name, and looks via reconstructive surgery, players still knowing exactly who you use to be is in itself some form of MG. and I mean that in a very unintentional metagaming sense of the word. I don't blame anyone that uses Alias as a way to remember names, so it seems more like a server oversight that this doesn't reset.
  3. I don't have any suggestions but simply wanted to say sorry that happened. It sucks when this happens, I am higher up in weazel and am always being contacted in discord about ads and ICly stuff but I know the harassment towards women is on a whole other level. Glad that there's rules in place already that can help you solve the issue.
  4. +1 It absolutely is not a pay to win feature. Drinking one less bottle of water or eating one less sandwich than someone is HARDLY an advantage, but it's a small quality of life change that's worth keeping VIP for.
  5. -1 Criminals already feel like they have carte blanche to target innocent civilians just trying to do their job and make a living. Let them have one safe space in a truck away from that kind of bullshittery
  6. +1 I don't hunt so I have no real horse in that race, but the logic is there, so, plus.
  7. Exactly, it's not that I don't love the update, but the idea of losing money non stop for no reason other than having to drink 10 bottles of water and 5 burgers an hour just to survive is enough to make me want to not log in.
  8. I know this topic is being hammered in to death, but this is not just people not wanting to deal with the constant thirst/hunger.... There's no choice but to fix this because you can't support yourself. I work for a high paying faction, but because of how much money I make my government check is only 1500. In total I make about 7k per hour total... well with price gouging and highway robbery I'm spending close to 10k per hour on food and water alone. I'm going broke because of this and there's a majority that make far less than I do. I've been saving up to buy a house/business and if this continues I won't have any chance of that, even though this update was suppose to promote small businesses, it's doing the opposite and hurting the citizens.
  9. Well so, i thought it was ANY 24/7 but it seems only the already established ones with interiors.. i'm outside one that's just a facade but there's nothing to buy it with, i report 2'd it to see if it is for sale.
  10. That's fine, you can have whatever opinion you want, but don't parade them around as if your opinion are facts... I'm not going to change your opinion or care enough to try.
  11. okay so you don't really respect weazel news anyways so i'm going to take your opinion on it with a grain of sand.
  12. I don't think that someone's past should define them forever. To work at a gov agency like Weazel anyone is free from criminal activity. Are you saying one mistake (or false accusation) should never be forgiven.
  13. +1 I agree that we need protection for our jobs. Working at Weazel I’ve had people jump our fence, rob and murder me, try to steal cars not knowing our gate won’t open for them, etc... however I also believe that Weazel needs to be treated like the government office it is and included in the NCZs which is a matter for a different topic.... but out on the road answering calls, a gun is the only safety measure we have, were driving to remote locations to meet citizens we know nothing about and are out in unsafe situations all the time.
  14. -1 criminals are trying to get as many advantages as law enforcement is ridiculous. Your job is suppose to be harder. You want to be buffed out while all you do is go to the pier and rob hard working people. Just deal with the cost.
  15. Follow the damn rules. It’s not that hard, why do you think thousands of us have been accepted and are playing. What you are really saying here is that you don’t want to put in the effort it takes to find the appropriate answers... like the rest of us did.
  16. I’d love to float around the idea of (no pun intended) making some inexpensive water transportation options available. Smaller boats, maybe jet skis. This can open up the possibility for a new faction of coast guard jobs to patrol the waters. Depending what mods are out there maybe a house boat type of option. Something to think about....
