Oh really now? So what's my name? My position? I've never discussed Uber with ANYBODY in town, so that's absolutely impossible. ((stop metagaming peoples' workplaces lmfao))

How am I supposed to know the name of some random guy that ran me over???? N/A means not applicable. I don't know what he looked like because I got hit by a car and was laying face-down on the pavement. Also, you have no idea who I am or who I work for as I've NEVER met you. All I know is that he works for you guys and drives some ugly orange sports car.

UBER DRIVER CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE PROGRAM Rating 0-10: 0 What did i like: Absolutely nothing. What did i not like: One of your idiot fucking drivers ran me over while I was on the sidewalk, reversed to say "get out of the road" then spit on me while I was laying injured. I asked him to dial 911, to which he replied by calling the cops and telling them I tried to rob him. Driver i picked (name and surname): N/A

Hunting as-is feels very lackluster in terms of RP and civilian life. Here's a few things that would, in my opinion, improve the RP feeling of hunting: Make it a scripted job requiring a hunting license. This would not disallow those without a hunting license from shooting and gutting animals in the forest, but would instead restrict them to only using that meat for personal use and not monetary gain, as they wouldn't be able to sell it to a butcher/trader directly. Hunting licenses would be limited to non-violent and non-criminal individuals, similar to a firearm's license. These licenses would also be required to sell the meat at a trader/butcher location, which discourages people from constantly robbing hunters. (This in itself is horrible RP to begin with, who the heck rolls up on a dude with a rifle in the forest to steal their wallet or meat?) Restrict said job within a certain area in forests/rural zones. Doing so should stop people from wandering into the city or the highway with a rifle for the purpose of self defense/aggroing other players. These changes would not only make hunting feel better in terms of RP, but it also provides a good civ RP option for those who don't want to RP in a faction.

Yeah an /offcall and /oncall system is definitely needed, if that were added I'd 100% agree with 2 DCC employees disabling the Citybees.

Hi all. As I've heard from giving numerous people taxi rides, most of the server's population is unhappy with the Citybees being unavailable if at least 1 taxi driver is on duty. This is an understandable frustration, as people would rather take a slow, free(usually) Citybee over a fast, expensive cab. While I don't believe this is a bad change, I believe it was implemented poorly. Working at the DCC has shown me the struggles of responding to a server full of calls with only 1 to 3 on-duty workers. That's assuming all 3 are on-duty for calls, and not doing stuff like interviews, processing workers' payments, or otherwise RPing at the DCC. To remedy this, I propose a change to the threshold. Instead of making it so that if 1 DCC employee is on-duty, the Citybees are unavailable, I think changing it to a minimum of 3 on duty would be best. 3 drivers working is just barely enough to handle a 300 player server load comfortably, so if there's even only 2 on duty or 3 with one person slacking, this becomes significantly more difficult. Sometimes we have calls waiting for 5+ minutes just to be responded to, and that's just not acceptable from most peoples' perspective. TL;DR, Change the minimum taxi drivers on duty to 3 to disable Citybees.

In order to obtain a transfer request between your own character, it is required you post here with your request. It is expected that you have read ALL of the below guidelines before posting. The deadline between an approved or denied transfer request is 14 days, any attempts at circumventing this deadline will be met with a forum warning and/or forum mute. Eclipse RP believes in quality role-play and good character development. We no longer accept the circumvention of grind and proper character development by funding your character(s) with money from one to another. Because of this, we require that all transfer requests are submitted with good reasons to support the asset(s) transfer. Guidelines • You must use the format provided below and fill out all fields properly. • The transfer request should not exceed a value of $500,000 and/or more than 50% of the character's total wealth. Only in very rare circumstances and with a really strong backstory/reason will amount that exceeds the value $500,000 be accepted. The higher the value is, the stronger the reason and backstory we will require. • Staff reserves the right to authorize a different transfer amount than what is requested, based on your reasoning. • We will not accept any transfer requests from legal characters trying to fund their criminal characters for the sole purpose of that character becoming stronger, e.g. funding your criminal character with guns using the money made off your legal character (e.g. LSPD). • Transfer requests are meant to kick start a new or underplayed character. We will take into account the assets that the character owns who wants to receive the transfer. • Eclipse RP currently doesn't have a system to support character kills, thus we will not accept that as the sole reason to transfer assets. Only in very rare occasions if the character kill isn't proven to be random can a Senior Administrator approve asset transfers for character kills. • We will not accept more than one transfer request to each character. This also counts for existing transfer requests. • We do not accept transfers from characters with active loans or debt. Please make sure they are paid first. • We cannot transfer assets obtained with credits (e.g. cars) as there is no physical way of doing it In-Game. • If your transfer request is accepted, it will be your responsibility to transfer the asset(s) approved. Eclipse RP Staff will not intervene or assist in any way. Any attempts at transferring more asset(s) than the approved amount will be met with server punishments and the risk of losing said asset(s). • You should allow up to 72 hours for your transfer request to be looked at and either approved or denied. Please do not try and speed the process up by reporting In-Game or contacting administrators through other means. We will do our best to review the requests in the order that they come. • Any attempts to lie or deceive staff through a transfer request will result in permanent denial from ever being able to make use of this system. • You may only have one approved transfer request to each character. • It is your responsibility to ensure that all asset storage spaces i.e. houses or vehicles have been emptied and do not contain additional items which have not been approved when transferred. Transferring items which have not been approved in an accepted transfer request is a violation of our server rules and may result in a punishment. Transfer Request Format Thread Title [Transfer Request] Character > Character Eg. [Transfer Request] Samuel Osborn > Reece Jackson Copy Paste The Entire Box Below (From TRANSFER REQUEST and down). TRANSFER REQUEST Character to Transfer From: Your answer here. Character to Transfer To: Your answer here. Requested Transfer: (Please be as specific as possible.) Asset # Asset # Asset # Reason for Transfer: IC: Please put your IC reason for the transfer here. OOC: Please put your OOC reason for the transfer here. How would you transfer the asset(s) if approved? Your answer here. (If you are transferring through a friend - please put the actual name of the friend) Does the character you're transferring from have an active loan with a loan company? Your answer here. Does the character you're transferring from have an active debt? If so, how much? Your answer here. Example (Do not use) TRANSFER REQUEST Character to Transfer From: Samuel Osborn Character to Transfer To: Reece Jackson Requested Transfer: $100,000 Reason for Transfer: I recently created Reece Jackson and applied for the Medical Department on him. Reece Jackson's character story revolves around San Andreas and he has lived here the entire time. He's not a rich person but also not a poor person, he lives off paycheck to paycheck. I would like to transfer $100,000 to Reece so that I can buy a warrener and a small house somewhere to continue building the story of Reece Jackson. How would you transfer the asset(s) if approved? I would get my friend Lewis Langley to help. Does the character you're transferring from have an active loan with a loan company? Yes, I have an active loan with Maze Bank, but I am not requesting to transfer all my character's funds so I have sufficient assets to pay for the active loan of $250,000. Does the character you're transferring from have an active debt? If so, how much? No.

Below you can find the information that you need to make a refund request. Unedited evidence is always required in order to obtain a refund. The staff team and developers will not solely check logs to validate your claims. All items will be refunded through spawns if possible, otherwise you will receive the monetary value. Pending refunds will be archived after 30 days. Archived refund requests can be requested to be reactivated once by putting in another refund request linking to the original refund within one month of it being archived. Examples of when you would be ABLE TO post a refund request: A concluded forum report in which your loss of the requested assets is directly caused by the rule break. A link to the concluded report must be provided in the refund request. A concluded incident in game in which an admin deems necessary that a player deserves to be refunded. Admin confirmation is required to meet this requirement and you must have the confirmation from /RM (Report Message) with the admin and document the date / time of the confirmation as well. This can be an in game rule break or bug report. A bug occurred. A link to a posted bug report as well as your own recording of the bug must be provided in the refund request. Losses resulting from server crashes or major desync issues. Issues with Donations & Credits Examples of when you would be UNABLE TO to post a refund request: Mistakes made by the player with in game money such as buying the wrong car, buying the wrong mod in the mod menu, selling their house accidentally, etc. Items lost during normal course of game play or role play, even if all parties agree they want to void the role play or pretend it did not happen. For example, players engage in a fight and wish to void it themselves even though no rulebreaks or bugs are present. As players are not able to void situations themselves, this does not make for a valid refund. Assets lost from inactivity auctions. Assets lost due to being banned. (Not applicable if your punishment has been voided; I.E. it is determined your ban was not correctly issued, not that you have been unbanned and your punishment remains on record.) If you meet the requirements above, post a refund request using the format below. Make sure to specify which specific assets you want to request to be refunded.
