Improvements were made to this topic:
+ Driving into your garage and parking inside mirrors real-life behavior, making property ownership more immersive.
+Garages can be used as in-character workspaces, car collection showrooms, or private meetings involving vehicles.
+Adds more value to houses, encouraging players to visit each other’s properties for social, business, or criminal roleplay.
+Friends and neighbors can visit with their cars, creating social or event RP inside private properties.
+Houses with functional garages become more desirable, creating a natural economy for property trading and upgrades.
+Owning a home with a functional garage mirrors real life routines, making day to day roleplay feel more authentic.
+Criminals can use garages as hidden chop shops or stash spots; law enforcement can conduct raids or investigations.
And there are many other reasons why this thing should be created and added.

It would also be really cool if they removed all the original game gates and introduced a way for you to put your own in and create an automatic gate system where they open automatically with a password or button. Because such a system was in GTA Samp and MTA already in 2007. So I don't understand where the problem is in creating it here. The video is just a example
+ Owners can secure their property in a way that fits their character’s style modern sliding gates, heavy steel doors
+Dynamic placement lets players design their home entrances exactly how they want, supporting creative freedom in RP.
+Driving up, opening your own gate ( with command /gate password, /gate ) and pulling in feels more cinematic and real compared to thing what we have now.
