I assume you are talking about the situation with you guys at the observatory street racing then your friends crashing their car killing themselves? I can assure you there was an X-ray unit above as the pilot I watched you all racing following you around giving your location to officers on the ground at that point I maintain an altitude around 1200-1500 ft well above yourselves if you really want I might still have the video saved but I will have to check. Anyway I still don’t get how an X-ray unit is non-rp as we can only have one up in the air we have to file flight logs for every time we take out the helicopter also following strict guidelines on how we operate the helicopter maintaining an altitude of above 700ft in a pursuit and a normal flight level of 1000ft. From an rp stand point the helicopter would be manned with a copilot at all times operating the camera on the bottom of the helicopter which if you watch videos can zoom in quite well seeing vehicles from way above.

I would personally like to see some sort of civil aviation albeit with strict regulations and some sort of air traffic control that pilots could communicate and a clearly marked tail rotor to identify pilots. Jets I would say no until the Rage update which I believe will fix most of the desync but helicopters can be manageable if strict regulations were in place to prevent people being at certain altitudes in certain areas and they could not be used for criminal activities.

I don't really agree with this at all Kidnapping an Officer is a very serious offense in which any logical criminal would avoid along with the amount of Officers who would have to respond to the situation would allow the city to be in a rampage. As for when you have to go oocly any Officer I know will allow you to be /prison'd on the spot if you have to go.

Currently, you can spend up to 20-30 Minutes looking for any sort of animal in the area. Whether this is bad luck on my part or not I don't know but an increased rate of animals spawning would be great. I believe they spawn in the logo and then spread out from that point. Even if this means lowering the price given for meat I wouldn't be against it as finding animals more often, in my opinion, is better.
