+1 to this but there would have to be a cooldown of some sort to avoid people just spam teleporting. There would definitely have to be some regulations but it could be possible without a physical train.

Definitely a +1 here. Great structure to the suggestion and just an overall wonderful job. Would love to see more suggestions like this in the future.

+1 on this - to add to it, it might be a good idea too if detectives could somehow obtain a list of previous residents if it related to an investigation.

Thanks for the feedback guys - it appears from people with more experience that this DCC has a good amount of activity and the drivers have no issues with waiting around, if they do. This suggestion is good to be archived whenever.

+1 - As other have said, ideally all houses will be for sale (those that are actually RP housing of course) - this as well as improvements to the interior and functionality of houses I see as a huge improvement to the system and I believe this would be able to bring a decent amount of RP to houses. I know personally when I purchase a house my friends and I will likely hang out there a lot to discuss different things and ultimately use it as a shared house.

I don’t need to argue about anything, it was just a suggestion. I’m just telling you what I’ve seen. The drivers being on duty for 1.5 hours and not getting a call just supports my suggestion honestly because for them that’s a waste of time so it would help avoid that, but I appreciate your feedback.

-1 This will deter a lot of new players imo because no one would want to pay 5k to get their already cheap car repaired. I see maybe raising it a little bit but I also agree that people will just nonRP and relog for the visual repairs

+1 - as multiple people have said, if PD can take it down criminals should be able to rebuild

Hello again! I recently started here and I've got a few friends looking to join the server. It would be a huge benefit to us to be able to do some of the early starting jobs (Trucking and such) together in a convoy or the same vehicle and both be able to make a profit. I'm not sure how difficult this would be to implement but I can't imagine it would take up too much of your time and I feel it would be a great benefit to the community and the new players that are trying to get started. I also think this would help encourage new players to bring friends to play with them. As always, please leave your thoughts.

Yeah I understand that completely..there are definitely things that could go wrong but maybe there is a way to prevent those issues..just a thought

Hello all! I would like to suggest what I see as a solution to the lack of cabs that roleplay servers typically see. One of the main reasons I never choose to be a Cab driver is because you constantly find yourself sitting around, waiting for a call. With that being said, people often leave the job and it ends up being a waste. I personally think that instead of being a faction, the cab driver position should almost become a job and it should be renamed to something similar to Lyft/Uber. This would give players the ability to have Uber/Lyft as their secondary job, and while they are doing their primary job, if they see a call come up, they can chose if they want to use their time to go pick that person up. In my opinion, this will give players a fun secondary job, where they get to interact with people, and people looking for a ride will rarely have to wait. If I am getting the wrong impression of the Cab faction, and it does more on this RP server than I am used to, please do not hesitate to say so. I have just always seen this as a worthy alternative and I wanted to throw it out there!
