This is not a bug. This is how furniture renders: once a player is out of streaming distance, the furniture unrenders. -
There are several factors that could affect this, such as desync, RageMP, or even GTA itself. Due to this, this will be archived. Please make another bug report if the issue continues and is making the game unplayable.
