Issue/bug you are reporting: When using the "/panim binoculars" , and you get into a vehicle the car will move with the mouse. You are also able to clip vehicles into buildings with this, have not tried with bikes but this bug is very consistent and happens everytime inside of my car. I have not tried this with the other binocular panim but im sure it will do something similar. This also means when you are going 240 you can spin the car almost immediately.
Expected behavior: When in first person inside the car, with the animation active, the car will move with the first person view and sometimes being able to clip into any building.
