When your character makes a call it cancels the animation holding the phone against the ear, and the phone prop disappears. This seems to have started after the reintroduction of the radio animation. This seems to only occur when using VOIP. Expected behavior: Your character should remain holding onto a phone prop, holding it against the ear of your character. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Phone another player, your character will lower their arms and the phone prop will disappear when VOIP is used. Receive a phone call from another player, your character will lower their arms with the phone prop still in their hands when VOIP is used. Vehicle license plate number*: N/A

I have to also disagree with this suggestion, NCZs were removed to allow further roleplay. We trust our players to still roleplay responsibly within these areas and to still respect server rules.

Also make sure your cursor is deactivated using F2, then you will be able to press T and type in the text box.
