The issue with the NCZ is that it is supposed to cover just the casino below, but due to script limitations, it also covers the garage. However, players should not be abusing the NCZ within the garage to store vehicles and/or items. Its of course fine to be using it if you are actively using the casino.

This would be great! As someone who has roleplayed as a mechanic for years, this would be a much-needed feature. The command could work like /mechoffer ID AMOUNT. That way you can choose what player as multiple players could have keys to that vehicle. -
I remember something about the chat box can not be elevated. Instead, you can use the blood effect commands to alter it.

Keep the option of just using /removefurniture. I dont want to spend ages confirming selections if I want to quickly remove everything.

Fuel was tweaked on several motorcycles back in August last year. Secondly, this is not a bug.
