5.1 Million Charlie Haymitch

The Cabrones Cleaning Company visit the police department with the purpose of cleaning their station in order to thank them for all their hard work, service and dedication towards keeping the city of Los Santos and its citizens safe. Chaz Leseven and Chaz Lenine enter the police station and begin to set up their equipment when they realize that the door leading to the restricted part of the police station and its cells is open. Chaz Leseven and Chaz Lenine decide they are feeling adventurous, so they finish setting up their cleaning equipment before deciding to put their focus into cleaning and organizing the restricted part of the police station as well as the jail cells. They walk down the stairs and begin cleaning and organizing the desk, before polishing the walls. After the desks polished clear, leaving them without any coffee mug stains, documentation adjusted alphabetically and the walls of the police station scrubbed to perfection, they shift their focus to cleaning the jail cells. They are met with an overwhelming amount of dirt, dust and different strange stains. Chaz Leseven and Chaz Lenine realize that their regular cleaning equipment is not suitable to remove filth like this, so they decide to use their top secret cleaning formula to clean everything away. In the midst of all the cleaning, two officers take notice of the commotion and ruckus being made down at the restricted part of the police station and its jail cells. They unlock the door and walk down the stairs only to find Chaz Leseven and Chaz Lenine cleaning away. The officers were not happy about the sudden intrusion, so they decide to redirect the cleaning services of Chaz Lenine and Chaz Leseven to the Bolingbroke Prison. They are extremely honored and excited to be given the opportunity of cleaning the state prison, but were oddly told they needed to wear a prison jumpsuit to complete their task.

Since my previous report hasn't got attention on whether the issue can be fixed, I would like to refund the car and get my money back since it doesn't say anywhere that Stinger GT is uncustomizeable.

Although when I go to the mechanic shop and do /modview, the issue is fixed for only me. The other's cannot see the mods at all and that is quite disturbing. In the pictures you can see my car before (black paint) and after (blue pearlscent and change of wheels) I had done /modview. This issue is with all of the car models
