Exactly, i work at SADOC too so i feel you. People act like this is some joke or something, and its okay to have some fun sometimes aswell as it would be IRL but its just a joke to people to come to jail. Tazing means nothing they just keep running and fighting eachother for no reason, they don't fear anything. My biggest problem is that people only play to stay just inside the comfort zone when it comes to rules. That means they come as close to breaking the rules as possible without actually breaking them. They aren't here to roleplay but instead to DM and Rob. I see these videos of people VDM'ing with their supercar from the dumbest angles sitting ready to VDM someone but its okay because you can hit players once. This is what i mean, people just play according to rules not according to what would make sense IRL.

I don't think the problem is being robbed i think the problem is that people in certain gangs treat this like its just another version of GTA online, they look to rob every innocent person without any effort or any thought going into it. What happens is that some random guy will pull up to you and walk out with his gun alredy in hand and say in some monotone eastern european accent "hands up" and then proceed to type /me frisks man /do succeed? instead of actually playing on the server how its meant to be. Its a roleplay server not a cops and robbers server. Now there probably won't ever be a rule against this but i feel like the current state of this makes it okay to powergame i.e just pull up and gunpoint people and rob them on open street even without masks. Now i've had my share of great robbing RP experiences with people that actually put effort in, wear masks, give you proper commands and are good at /me's and /do's but 95% of times its some effortless in where they just do the /me and /do because THEY HAVE to and because they cant just type /frisk take your stuff and drive away in their sportscar with neon lights

I respect you as an individual for doing that and putting in effort but i think this is meant as a generalization for people that play as criminals. It's simply too easy to do a crime and get away with it, i know this isn't real life but there's too many small loopholes in the rules that mean you can do stupid things, vehicle laws for example. Ninja looting is alright too without any roleplay someone can just come over to your body and steal your stuff and go. I'm not gonna say this counts for every faction gang either but some of them have some members that really just seem to be into the gang aswell as the game to make money and not to roleplay. The problem is when this server goes and becomes a GTA Online v2.

This barely happens, sure you can escape in a car but not if you are outside your vehicle. Its literally impossible. You find some random guy walking on the street you can rob him without any problem, even if he is armed with heavy guns or would actually have a chance at running. You just aim your gun and scream hands up and you got him

I must say i agree with this. If just people would put in RP effort at least when they rob you. Usually its just HANDS UP THIS IS ROBBERY and you can't do anything because of fearrp. you resist you get shot. you try to shoot its failrp and youll get banned. 60% of the server is hostile robbers and sadly this is more cops and robbers than roleplay at this point. I love this server so its sad to see that people don't put in any effort to do proper RP.

Exactly, the market right now is definately not viable, nobody is selling and everyone is buying which results in some insane pricefixing. About a year ago a 3 garage house cost 200k, i don't mind them going up to 400k and so on but their original base value are FAR FAR under that and now people expect up to a million for a 3g in vinewood. Maybe there should be hotels but also i think more apartments would be a great thing, an apartment block would be absolutely awesome. But most of all i'd just like to see more houses being added to purchase, theres many in the city aswell as outside the city. The pictures i've shown are only a few examples

When every IC real estate post is only buying and barely anyone is even selling them AND IF THEY DO its for extreme markups (impossible to find a 1g for under 150k) i think its time for the admins to add some more houses. It shouldn't be this hard to find a house on the server.Don't mind people selling for a bit overprice and such but its getting insane and unrealistic. The few selling posts are getting spammed and bidded on like crazy and they are usually alredy sold and just an inactive poster.

Wait what? Aswell as i know the 811 is the fastest top speed supercar in the game (having a fully upgraded top speed of 213 km/h) and is alredy on the server. NO cars not even rocket powered cars will ever reach 300 kph my man. Also it wouldn't even be unrealistic, what is unrealistic is that gta cars are so incredibly slow. In real life the nero (bugatti chiron) would reach 400+ on a flat straight highway. Where do you get your information from? why would they be unsupported? a car like the Dominator GTX which has advanced handling files is implemented on the server, even a brand new car like the schlagen has been added to the server. Of course all the new cars can be added into RAGE. They would probably get a helicopter to follow them, which they could do ingame too.

Oh yeah for sure, they've just been there for a very long time. I don't think adding more houses and apartments would do any damage, only making it more competitive and having nice houses would be even more unique and maybe their price would shoot up even more. I feel like a lot of people just have houses they never use but just have for the sake of getting garage storage and i think it ruins the roleplay aspect of it.

Many houses and apartments across the map alredy has white markers, as if they were supposed to be added ingame but then not added anyways. I think adding in these houses and apartments would make the server much more competitive when it comes to housing prices, but also make real estate a much better buisness to roleplay IC. Lots of new places to roleplay and many unique scenarios. This would also increase the population outside the big cities, and in the smaller areas. I believe apartments has been somewhat missing except for the few 1 garages that are located around the map. This would also make big houses and mansions more unique, and not every single person on the server owns some vinewood hills mansion. Some of my favourite and most forgotten spots include: Los Santos apartments, with nice parking lots and garages could maybe encourage more renting/landlord roleplaying? aswell as having cheaper options for less fortune players that cant afford vinewood hills mansions making it more realistic aswell. not like everyone can afford a big house anyways. Old abandoned houses by Blaine County (would make great hiding spots or trap houses) Interesting houses located very close to SADOC and could potentially be great houses for the employees of the faction, or even to the gas station owner right next to them Unique house by AutoRepairs, would be the only house in that area More trailers in the desert could add to some great roleplaying as someone poor, and should really be made into houses I could go on and on, but i didn't have the time to find every non added house on the map!

I believe electric cars currently require fuel just as any other vehicle, i believe this should be changed as its super unrealistic. My suggestion is that we make the water/air pumps that every gas station has into electric charging stations for the cars. They would be slower than refueling combustion engine cars but the electricity would be free, at least making it somewhat attractive to own one of the few electric cars this game has to offer. This would affect the Surge, Voltic, Khamelion, Tezerect, Neon(if added), Raiden(if added), Cyclone, and possibly the Dilletante(even though its a hybrid) I think it could be quite easily implemented, and is in no way game breaking in any way. If added, the Neon and Raiden should be added aswell as they would probably be the most used electric cars (with the tezerect, voltic and cyclone being supers and the surge being slow) The Charging Station A Coil Raiden being charged at a station A Pfister Neon being charged at Xero Gas A Surge being recharged A selection of cars that would be effected by this implemention

One thing i've always wondered is why only some of the new cars, and even some of the OG GTA V cars were never implemented on this server. An example would be the Buccaneer, Z-Type or the Sadler. I think adding all the new GTA cars could once again add to the vehicle diversity on the server (from just being warreners, v12s and contenders) aswell as bring in new roleplaying situations. It definately wouldn't hurt anybody. I've seen the Schlagen GT on the server, and i believe i've seen either the Itali GTB or Pariah (Some sort of Grotti) aswell being used by admins, so why can't we have it? Now i'm not talking about a deluxo or anything military related but just regular GTA cars. A few examples (my personal favourites that aren't on the server) would be

I believe there is a problem on the server with trunk space. For example, a faggio has the same trunk space as a minivan. I'd like to see this being reimplemented in a more realistic way, especially so criminals will have to use bigger and slower cars to transport their drugs and weapons. I think its super unrealistic that many criminals drive drag bikes and sports cars when they realistically wouldn't be able to store many drugs (if any in the bike) and especially not more than a gun or two. Now this would mean criminals would either have to use a bag on the bike (as many alredy do) or get a bigger vehicle (like a suv, offroader or even a van). This would also make it more competitive for cops to hunt criminals instead of them just speeding away on a drag bike or going offroad on bikes. I think this would also increase the vehicle diversity on the server instead of only being elegy retros and schafter v12's (even thoug the schafter would have decent space) There is many ways this could be implemented, for example one specific vehicle class could have a certain amount of trunk space but the best way to do it would be to set the inventory space of every vehicle individually. (Also this is nothing personal against any criminal, i am not a cop and i have a criminal character myself) Now this system wouldn't be COMPLETELY realistic, as i guess we would have to find the real life car's trunk space and base the GTA inventory on that but i believe that it could be lightly put in the game like this: Examples of vehicles that would have a big inventory: Examples of vehicles that would have a medium inventory: Examples of vehicles that would have a small inventory:

What i actually like about this server alot is that the vehicles aren't modded. Instead they should focus on putting the new DLC cars ingame.

Firefighter would be nice but its not like cars or houses can burn so its kinda useless, maybe they could fix flipped cars or something?

Would be a cool idea, if there was some sort of system with pink slips and or money bets included. This could even make for a good job for a police to be on guard there or something
