+1, We can have it in a way that if a player wants to take a couple of pictures for a forum thread for example they can /report 1 and have an admin give them access for a bit and be spectated for the whole duration. I feel like this way people wont be able to abuse it as they dont have access to it 24/7 and when they do they have an admin watching the whole duration.

+1 If we can just choose the colour of the overlay, it would make it easier for any people with colourblindness as they can choose whatever colour works for them.
