How to make Law Enforcement Vehicles Fair and Balanced
Jimmy Lynnch replied to Demonmit1's topic in Implemented Suggestions
just make the air 1 fuel tank 5-10 minutes, problem solved. Gives cops enough time to catch the person and still gives the person being chased enough time to get away. Because right now you could fly air 1 all day and not need to refuel once -

Buff a couple labs up north table wise and rotate them, there is loads of labs. I'm sick of the same 7-8 being open. However there are some labs such as grandmas that shouldn't even exist.

Hello everyone, Recently as we all know Bennys has been clamping down on criminals working there due to pressures from LFM. Bennys was opened as a mechanic shop to give criminals a bit of leeway and to work there over LSC which was more "legal". After these mass firings of the crim population from Bennys I think we can all see that Bennys is dead and dying. Both the crim side and LEO side can see that when they need a mechanic, they are hard to come by and near non-existant. If we are basing a mechanic shop off roleplay standards it makes no sense that someone is fired for committing a crime unless it is something major such as terrorism. It almost seems as certain people want Bennys to turn into LSC which defeats the entire purpose of the Bennys faction. Funnily enough Bennys has the most successful reformation program in all of eclipse and gave criminals something to do other than roll labs. P.S: LEO's this means you don't need to tow a car to impound yourself! TL:DR Let criminals work at bennys

Criminal Roleplay - DM Rule & Backup Rule
Jimmy Lynnch replied to moment's topic in Rules Suggestions
Demands should = DM rights. Tell me why I can be punished for shooting a guy who doesn't put his hands up when I ask him too -
rework/remove gun jams. It is outright unrealistic and stupid
-
Also just to mention the fact gun jams are stupid, if you get a gun jam mid fight you may as well be dead. Standing still for a good second or two without being able to move or shoot is just unrealistic and yet ANOTHER crim nerf considering cops don't need to maintain any of their weapons.

LSPD - Building Relations and First-Hand Experience

Just a question here, Since all of GND are going to join MNC, and they are here to investigate the crim problem. How are they going to find the problem which most criminals will argue is GND (on the LEO power imbalance side) since they will not investigate their own gang nor will they have to fight GND or get scouted by them at labs. -
150 APS were given over the course of one weekend to 3 gangs in the whole city. That was a long time ago and they are now little to none. Last time I checked criminals do not get 175 APs anywhere. As for the weapons argument. Special carbines are unable to be imported. Any kind of sniper cannot be imported. Special carbines can be found in house robberies but their chance of spawning is below 1 percent. I would even go as far to say the spawn rate of a special carbine is sub 0.5. It is not just "more difficult" it is not possible or if it is possible it takes an enormous amount of time considering you can now only do 1 house pretty much due to the removal of rolling in house robberies. And you can do a house every 4 hours IRL. lets say you find 1 special carbine in 50 houses. That would mean you have spent minimum 50 hours to get a single gun that cops can just pull out (Cops also get the mk2 version) and thats not even factoring in the risk of being robbed or caught.
-
That was back when MK2 weapons were a thing and were much better then our current MK1 weapons with reduced damage. Furthermore, out of those said players how many still play this server? I think cop AP should be adjusted to match our current firepower as criminals.
-
LEO's and criminals should have equal AP amounts. Every single cop even cadets have access to 100 AP at least. For criminals only 2 gangs can import 100 APs, Furthermore criminals have to pay 22k minimum now for these 100 APS. This is not even mentioning the fact cops can get up to 175 APS. Cops in fights have the higher numbers alongside the increased AP amounts that are not obtainable for criminals. Oh and they also have infinite amounts in their FL or should I say "under the seat". 100 AP should be reserved for those in special departments only such as METRO which would make sense RPly.

The draugur having a trunk that can fit a body would make the kamacho and the terminus useless. There is a reason it cant fit a body
