Update: Mechanics say the car doesnt belong to me. They cant repair OR mod it. Asked a police officer to check the plate, manually looking it up ( typing in the license plate in his computer ) brings up no car, when I brought the car to him in person he could check the plate and said it belonged to me @Osvaldon Was the one that gave me my car back, I dont know what process he used because I didnt buy it off the HE/LE Update 2: Modding and repairing works now, still not able to give out keys

I then got my FMJ back, retrieved it, parked it in my house and logged off When a friend wanted to drive the car, I got it out of the garage, then when i tried to give him a key it said "This vehicle doesnt belong to you". Then I went to the bank and asked for a DCC co worker to come by, this is when I recorded the video.

I was :) sneaky sneaky But yea it would have been over super quickly if he played ball, kept stalling and hoping we would shoot him or people from his gang saw him. Kind of annoying but already that is his right. As I said it takes two to tango. the group as a whole had a idea and it takes other people atleast play along a little bit to keep it going. For example I have a joke character called bob bobsen. He is basically a retard, he "speaks" making random sounds. This is a RP that needs involvement from others, I went over to weazel and had a great time with nick ponte and kamon white among others because they wanted to play balls. Then two criminals showed up and gunned down a mentally handicapped person because he hit a car, even after informt that he was retarded. This is the other side of the coin of that character. Its hard to have fun when people just shoot people. What does that have to do with the gut pushers: Well you guys have good and bad RP, good RP takes effort from all parties. I hope I have moments like the Tavi moment in the future

I dont know if it has been said already or that it my opinion is even wanted here. A groups interaction is a reflection of the intent of their RP and the intent of the people the RP with. For example I had a hour long session with the Gut pushers where the acted revenge upon tavi, dragged him around town, gave him a make over and so on. I left before it ended so I dont know the final part of it. But it shows a story line between the two parties, it had a build up and the RP i experienced was the result. This was a enjoyable experience to me. On the same character with the majority of people involved i had a other RP session which was poor due to it being basically poor robberies and pushing people around. Asking them siilly questions and acting upon that. This was a example of the exact oppesite of a good story line. because there was no story. It always takes two people to tango but as the gut pushers you are criminals and you usually have to lead, the harder part, meaning you have to give way more effort to make it a enjoyable experience for all parties. This is where people are lacking sometimes, and a place where you can improve. Try setting up long story lines. Back stab people have RP feuds, have back room alliances. Go after people when they are alone and not just shoot them but have interaction with them ( kidnapping and so on ). Just showing up, shooting and then moving on to the next part of town is something we shoudnt make the majority of the RP

Honestly this doesnt surprise me. There is a low of bad rp happening in the server. From all people, from the newest wanna be gangsta to the longest server PD members. It all comes down to the persons mood I feel, sometimes people want to rp and sometimes people dont cant be arshed and it seems the community feels this is okay. Sad but true. I know people are going to say oh here is andor again whining and bitching about how bad the server is. Well no its not ( besides that rage hates my guts ) I feel the quality is inconsistant which is a real shame, because the highs on this server are great but are also followed with some sad lows.

Ballin I feel from this post and more the previous post that you think im attacking you or the higher ups running the server for being bad. I also feel because of this you disregard the things I say as falsehoods. I have made multiple possible threads where I said things about the economy for example. I only bring up these points because I love the comunity and I want it to grow. If everyone just says of this is good and this is good aswell and ignores the issues that might not spring to the front then those issues linger longer then they should. I know that a comunity as big cant die overnight, but if small things keep pushing away small groups of players and the new players that we bring in have a big hurdle to climb over to feel like they are 100% intergrated into the comunity its an issue I like to bring up. I feel like we want the same thing but have differnt viewpoints on many issues and instead of disliking eachother ( i have hate for you what so ever. Hell I even would praise you for the amount of time you put in the comunity ) we should have a discussion. Sadly I feel like people talk with their heart and dont look at certain things objectivly, or with a understanding of certain processes or mechanics. I might be 100% wrong but this is the feeling I get. Also yes im aware im not able to see behind the curtains but this is one thing you cannot blame me for, yesterday I had a talk about this topic with @flucifial on discord even we had a differnt outlook on many things we came to a understanding of eachothers points. To adres a few things you said in your post I would like to say you claim that I only bring one clip of a guy getting dmed. We all know there are people in the server that break rules and make RP less fun for others and I could dig up 20 clips or reports to prove a point. Rather I just get one example and move on. Next point, im not being negative, im sharing my and others perspective. This perspective can differ from yours and by reading it as a point of few you could learn where certain issues you may not face lay within the comunity. This is what I meant by being in a echo chamber, only looking it from your perspective doesnt mean you know everything. Next point, my point of the admin team doing half assed is not an attack on the members of the admin team and I feel like I explained pretty well why that is. Seperating admin duty and a RP character in my opinion is a good thing. You cant have the best of both worlds, and thats what I meant by half assed. About the whole rage situation. I would like to ask, we had a big update in the criminal update correct? This is in my opinion a content update, what else was added that came close to this? About the RP situation. Again its from you and the people you spoken to, how come that the people I spoke to have a opinion thats completly differnt then your group? I feel by just dismissing this means you are missing out on a other opertunity to learn how to improve the server. Mucho lovo, andorino

1. This thread is my opinion and I wanted to let people know the issues I have with the server and how I and many people who I spoken with experiance changes in the comunity. 2. More players who just grind money and dont have RP is not better RP 3. rage means nothing? No content wise it means nothing. It is a new car, a better car but still a car. You missed the point I made. 4. But you just stay in your echo chamber and enjoy the time you have with you and your friends and ignore what others find well thought out points made.

I think the main issue is that police cruisers are to OP in the server, you can only get away by driving a 500k car most of the time. In previous servers we had normal units driving cruisers that top at 180 and then high speed pursuit units that would drive their own supercars to deal with the problem. Maybe thats a idea

Guys, finger pointing in who doesnt good RP isnt going to solve the issue of bad RP in the server. Everyone knows RP can only be as good as the weakest link in the situation. If you think the rp was bad make sure the person who made it bad learns and improves, if you throw shit you get shit slung bad at you. Its a community and we have to help eachother so turn that frown upside down. But please lets get back on topic. The server has issues and those arent caused by a single person, we as a group are causing them, lets look for solutions

You are talking about adding a lot of things that make playing this game more of a chore, having multiple slowly depleting bars isnt a fun mechanic. Also you miss the point of one of my points, there is social stuff to do, hang out and so on. There is not much besides that And yes fishing and poker are fun IF there are people there and even with fishing the majority of the time its silence between the people there.

Hey, most of you know me by now, been here for a year ( fuck me a year already ). And I seen this server go through a few phases during that time, some good, most bad. In this post I would like to write down my issues with the server and why I think its getting worse over time. 1. Removal of RP. Yes I think over the time I played on this server the quality of RP has gone downhill. It has been limited by admins and owner focus, with the choices they made. Im not here to say oh the admin team is not doing its job or the owner/s are terrible people. No its just they are not focusing their energy in the right fields in my opinion. The lack of rp is kind of sad, i remember the days before the big criminal update, the hype we had. The times were we were overlooking all the porblems the server had . Its grindy nature, its lack of content and so on. Then the update dropped and it was lack luster and dissapointed the community. Since then we havnt had a update like that. A content update, I know we had stuff added, but i always lacked the scope and hype the criminal update had. This left the gangs with not much to do besides gangwars, gang rp and gang activities. Yes many of them cop baited and did break the server rules. But mostly because there wasnt a lot to do. I played on many rp servers and the best way to combat this is zones, safe zones and unsafe zones like in real cities. In certain zones criminals are the law and you are going to have to listen to them or have issues. These zones would keep the criminals out of the normal players way and if the criminals misbehave the PD can raid these places and warehouses and take the cars and wealth of the criminals. This creates rp in a natural way unlike the system where we have the PD swing their dick around whereever they go. But instead we went the other route, smack down on people who shoot other people ( gang related most of the time ) and kick and ban them. This created a sour feeling within these gangs and made them care less about the server, then the issues increased because they felt they were unable to do anything ( true or not this was the general feel in these groups at the time ). Many of them left the server and the the server balance tipped more towards the lawfull side of the server. The PD has since that point had a iron grip on the server. In my opinion a shame, and I feel like the pd is doing more trafic stops then dealing with actual criminals these days ( this doesnt have to be true, but its the feeling I have ). 2. No clear direction for the server. As I said before the server before had a clear goal to work towards, the criminal update. After that update dropped it was getting to rage, but what does that mean. Getting on rage? Nothing, it means nothing besides switching one mod for a other. It means the server stagnated people grew bored and people left, new people joined which is fine but I have a issues with lots of new players on the server and their low RP standards. In my opinion the standard went down by a metric ton. What do people do in the server now? The majority do goverment faction jobs and grind money for a newer better house, a better car and so on. I think half a year ago i suggested doing a money overhaul, increase welfare so people could play as street criminals like the grove faction and actually have criminal rp without the tedious effort of grinding money as a trucker or something. This was shut down because people said well criminals would drive supercars. Well they already do so it woudnt change anything. 3. The community. I like a lot of people in the community, I like some less, some I dislike. But the RP standard of the community is going downhill, people sit around doing nothing. The guy got killed, got no reply on discord or on his report and left the server after two days of having fun.), and others just grind for money. There is a lack of people interacting with eachother, the server with 80 people online feels totally dead. How is that possible, when we had 30 people we had more server wide RP going on? Where are the people who plot and have longer stories in the server. I feel like we bleed the joy from the server this way, the quality RP is gone mostly ( yea there always will be good rp because we still have people who want good rp, but its a minority ). 4. The admins. This might be a thing people dont agree with, but I feel like the admins are doing a half assed job. This is because they play their characters and have to do admin duty at the same time. This is a bad way to go about it. I played on multiple servers that had admins log in on dedicated admin characters for a X amount of hours a week ( the more hours the higher their admin rank ) and have them just do admin stuff only during that time. This included discord/teamspeak/forum duty and ingame duty. For example two admins are online on their admin characters one of them does discord stuff the other does ingame stuff. This makes the responsiveness on reports a lot quicker, shows you which admins are the most active and improves overal admin quality. This also makes sure a issue like sane/krazed going into admin mode during a rp situation that he didnt agree with doesnt happen anymore. I would like to know what the comunity thinks about the points I wrote here and how they think they should be fixed. Because there needs to be stuff fixed in the server.
