Im pretty sure this has been suggested time and time again, but i really do think a phone rework is heavily due. By rework I mean stuff like Ability to actually use lifeinvader on the phone I feel this would heavily increase the use of Life Invader Ability to send gifs / pictures in messages, using imgur links or whatever, (ik these are currently fucked up for the UK players but just putting it in here) This would be great, currently sending someone an ic image you text them *IMAGE* then pm them it on discord saying THIS IS IC Ability to take pictures / videos with the phone, At this current moment what we have to do is /record, basically rp taking the picture, then message the person this picture would go to on discord Timestamps on messages and obvious missed messages, Currently its hard to tell when someone messaged you or if that message is one you haven't read yet, this ones more QOL but it would be nice Text Message Group Chats, This one feels obvious, creating a group chat with your friends or gang members so you don't have to message a bunch of people individually Maybe a flashlight, I've seen this one and it would be cool, Some problems may arise but would be a cool feature I'm sure there's more that could be done, but this is what I've thought so far

the issue with this is nobody gets the gun for the same price, how do you issue a refund correctly, at this point its just a wait till pd grab the rest on the street as they can no longer be imported

facial recognition cameras that can see decently from close up not 30 feet away see perfectly , your take that they are realistic is correct, but they dont use them realistically

with all the cameras around the map, i feel pd/sd using ldo to check atm cameras (which are shit realistically) to try to gather extra info because the actual ic cameras didnt catch it is wild, i feel you should only be able to check the cameras that actually record and not be able to ldo any person about what a camera would see, after the fact of a scene info (if it was a long scene) can get hazy and lead to incorrect ldo responses, i say we should just stick to the actual ic cameras that require a laptop and do away with these random ldo cameras...

street price varies this makes 0 sense, one gang gets say a pump mk2 for 40k while some get it for 70k it all depends on the ic relations between the gangs and the tax established, i know shadows when we had the MGMK2 had some gangs buying JUST THE GUN for 50k while some paid 40k

PD and SD are government factions with rules to follow, a gang only follows what the GANG leader would say, not the GOVERNMENT, with that being said as a faction leader i dont see where this is coming from, of course im going to want my members using the best of the best we can get when we have multiple cops show up to a fight when we are capped to a max of 30 people (getting all 30 on at once if you have those numbers is rare) and cant call any backup when pd/sd can call the multiple divisions they have (with 200ap a crim could only dream of) and even call in extra factions (DOC GOV ect). your argument makes no sense. also when a crim looses they are stuck with anywhere between 10-100k loss and hours of prison, if a cop loses they get respawned at pillbox, get a new car, and continue their day...

somewhat +1 to this topic, but the way i see it being fixed would be forcing staff to pocket watch everyone until they can get rid of the clappers, which historically hasn't worked, and also the gangs with access to these weapons would have to make sure they dont sell the high tier items to gangs that dont have access to them (ruining relations) and make sure they also dont die with them, giving that weapon to whoever killed them, it seems like a lot of work that scripts cant fix and is more a community issue, with that being said, i do see where you are coming from and think this could help influence more rp over the pvp mindset the server seems to be growing more and more towards, BUT we would also have to get the cops that shoot first and ask questions later to rp more aswell, crims only react how pd make them react
