Unable to buy Phone

When i got to a store I am unable to buy a phone, when i type /delphone it says i have no phone. I checked my inventory but dont have one. I spoke to a admin on the server and he said to contact you guys as we were out of options. I have also tried to buy a battery and it wouldnt let me buy one. Any help would be brilliant as i cant play properly without a phone

Just making sure you are aware of the update that made the phone a thing now in the bottom right corner just like phone from online

Try to buy a charger, type /plugin in the car or a house and then /charge
