Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: When a car is in the perma stalled state, it should not drive. Chunder Posted December 24, 2021 Report Posted December 24, 2021 I managed to duplicate this bug with a vehicle that isn't stalled. If you turn the engine off and enter another dimension then return, you can drive the vehicle similar to the video above while the engine is off.
