(Sorry if i'm not allowed to comment here i'm not really sure if i am but i'm only trying to help because it would knock me over when i tried to infinite run.) If you run for too long, you use to start to run out of stamina which in turn would eat away at the health bar - since the 1.44 update it's broke.
