Implement a system where one can propose with a proposal ring. And get married after with a wedding ring. So you would be registered as a couple. This i think would add a better level of rp.

I don't feel that the devs should spend time implementing a system like this as it can be easily RP'd.

All you need to do is roleplay a proposal, host an event that acts as a wedding and ask a staff member to change your last name within RP.

In my opinion, it would be much better to simply have players roleplay this entire event as they would be able to customize it to there liking.

With the introduction of more scripts, I feel like roleplay is discouraged due to the lack of ability to perform /me's and /do's.

As stated above this can easily be RPed. There will be no script implementation for the foreseeable future.
