TheTank
I know we all have died or been robbed, and struggled with the new life rule and not having your stuff. Sometimes you don't even have the funds to buy everything back. Sometimes you just want to stop playing the game. The other day I felt this, and decided that we could do something about this. My Idea is that you can come into our shop, and put coverage on certain items. Different items can cost more or less to protect. For example if you wanted to put protection on your GPS, it would be like $25 dollars every 2 weeks. But a gun would be about $150 every 2 weeks. ( I am not sure if this is what I am sticking on for pricing) The only struggle We would have is if people didn't actually lose there things and are just getting free money like that. 2

Jbacon
I can understand the merit for this, but that being said if you die, you shouldn't get your items back... thats part of dieing, and also your items 99% of the time are taken from your body and as such not in your "bodies possession" let alone throw NLR into the equation... you wouldn't remember you had X.Y,Z... let alone that it was insured. Serio
Its a good idea, when it comes to being robbed, but I see it being abused if it was implemented. Jay also hit it right on the head about NLR.
Kjaer
-1, Directly violates NLR. This isnt a DM server, its RP. If you don't want to lose your valuables you should act accordingly. Maybe start up a pawn shop idea so items are resold/fenced for cheap.
