First of all, thank you, @NinerTwoGolf, for reviewing this report. I would like to honestly explain my side of the situation. I did not steal Wasseem's bag, nor did I intentionally take his belongings after he disconnected. I do acknowledge that I took two fish from him. From what I remember, this happened before he disconnected. We were both fishing together at the pier. @Wasseem told me that he was willing to sell me some of his fish for $2,000. After that, I looked inside his bag to check what fish he had available. He then told me that he was not willing to sell all of them. I responded that I expected all of them. I then asked if he had any more fish. He replied that he did, but not many. At that time, he placed the bag that included the fish on the ground and was stacking them. I searched the bag to check how many fish were available and took two fish. Shortly afterward, (not sure, but it happened instantly, like within 5 seconds), he disconnected from the server. If taking those two fish was against the rules or considered improper roleplay, I am willing to accept responsibility and learn from the mistake. However, I did not take advantage of his disconnect, nor did I steal his bag. Regarding the claim that I put his bag in my vehicle, I did not have his bag in my possession. If I had taken it, the admins should be able to see it in my inventory or inventory logs. As far as I know, I never had the reporting party's bag in my inventory. My understanding of the situation is that I took two fish during our interaction before the disconnect occurred, but I did not steal the reporting party's bag or intentionally exploit his crash/disconnection. If the administration needs any additional information or clarification, I am happy to cooperate and provide any further details that may help with the investigation.
