Magnolia Posted September 4, 2017 Report Posted September 4, 2017 (edited) I have loaned Tim Lancer the sum of $100,000, failure to pay will result in a seizure of his assets , in this case a brawler (50k value) and a house (40k value), and if he has anything else at the time that will add up to the full 100k.
