For example, you go on-duty, change to plain clothes and put kevlar on. You cannot put a mask on when you have kevlar on. At the moment you need to take off kevlar to put a mask on. Expected behavior: You should be able to put a mask on when you have kevlar/armor on. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: 1. Go on LEO duty. 2.
