It’s the only 1 G in the city with a built on garage that big (probably with a built on garage in general) /also spent a fortune on furniture alone. The previous owners clarified with the city and they said that it was fine. If you'd like I can hit up a city official and show you proof of it being legitimate.

The other apartments have been abandoned for a LONG time. The admin marker said that the doors were levitating, so I had to fix/replace them with other doors.
