When you or another person are in a medical emergency situation where medics don't respond, there needs to be another way to get them assistance. The only way you can assist them is by taking them all the way to Central MD on the other side of the map. Implementing such an idea can let citizens receive the medical attention they need swiftly to then be able to continue what ever they were doing back in the city. 1
