I mean I don't know if it won't sell for 800k but, I wouldn't pay 800k for a 2G with 1 external. Is there anything special about it besides one external garage? I wanted a 2G or 3G for a party I will be having it will be nice to have the beach right there but, 800k is a lot for me. It is only house in that drive through and it is pretty hidden, but I guess it wont suit your desire as a party house. GL in finding what you want.

It may be considered your property but, I am not sure if you can build an extra 2-3G there. I will have to take a look as well though.((Did you ask admins?))

Have a look, it is extended to max length with gates and walls. ((Never asked but no issues for a long time))
