Motel Rooms

Im gonna suggest that Motel rooms should be implemented for like 50 or 100 dollars every day because Apartments/Houses are way too expensive for new people.

what about like 200 a day because the new players dont have much money after they dod the drivers test and buy a car i have 1k to my name after buying a vulcar warrener

Great idea. I wouldn't hold ya breath for this to ever get implemented but its a good idea. Prices need a bit of a change byt concept is solid.

So make money? Do a freelance job, apply somewhere?

I think this would be a great idea, to take one of the existing motels in game, and converting them to a property with a renting script.

Instead of something like a daily fee, instead you look to pay like 2-5k a week to rent it out, and you get a 1G room/view. The only issues that I can foresee for devs is:

• What happens to assets placed inside if you fail rent
• Should you be allowed to place assets down, like safes/containers, etc
• Shouldn't be allowed to share these rented properties with other players, but also like also would need to make sure people aren't using it to transfer assets over to their other characters

I think overall these minor things can be figured out and this would be something great to implement.

Hello senior admin i think there should be a notice to pay the rent and if u dont you u dont get your stuff back until u pay and you should be allowed to place things like safes btw i really would like motel rooms to be implemented one motel could be at the Bilingsgate Motel in rancho

and one in crown motel or what was that motels name but i cant know if it is gonna be implemented or no bcuz im no admin haha

there is a government program for housing that is cheap rent for an apartment if you look on the government website under property & housing bureau https://gov.eclipse-rp.net/viewtopic.php?t=165753 programs like this have been missed by new players. would be nice to have a new player guide when joining

Possibly make use of the 'i believe?' unused motel in sandy, get some more rp in the county as well!
