Hello there to the staff taking this report, 

At this state of the server im not trynna like report people but situations like this just makes it so unfair and so boring to fly in. We had been chilling the whole day just a few of us up north, this is when our boy Jay said that he was just following a Locos Member, after while of this the roles switched and he's getting chased by atleast 4 Locos ( is what got told on radio) So the people up north with me in my car decided to go see whatsup and help him in the city. He told us he was getting boxed and they tried ramming him multiple times at casino area. Me and my guys pulled up at casino, i was gonna transfer some money in the meantime Jay still was getting chased , and just outside Casino my guys caught one Locos lacking at the casino and they had robbed his radio to tell Locos wassup. We left shortly after this interaction and tried finding Jay that was getting chased by Locos. We had encountered them close to DCC and the chase had begon, we were now chasing the Kamacho (ID 45) that was chasing our boy first, In this chase we did see a Rook in the chase, we were really confused so we did not really bother we thought we were getting 3rd partied for sure after we finish fighting Locos, ID 45 decided to start ramming our boy Jay again and this is when i tried pitting him but failed and then i hopped out and tried disabling his vehicle by taking his tire and letting him crash, i succeeded in doing so and after that the fight had begun. ID 45 hops out with a pump and swings me , i had won the 1v1 and then i saw that there was more people shooting at us. It was bassicly a Setup! After i was downed i saw ID 102 in this fight aswell, i know this was a rooks , i was super confused as in why Rooks was in this fight , i had asked in /PM's and the Locos told me "we had puished them at a lab were they were holding with rooks'' , i knew right then and there he was lying, because legit NON OF US ever pushed a lab today. so I am reporting this for Backup breach , Rooks was aiding Locos in a fight they were never supposed to be in! We got whiped because of the overwelming number they had. Logs can prove everything aswell, we never shouted demands at a lab? OTF didnt thats for sure! To add more info aswell, i had found out that Rooks was holding Missionrow Lab. with Locos. So Locos started a Situation OUTSIDE the lab to bait Demands, when we already had enough escalation with Locos AND ONLY LOCOS way outside the lab They decide to bait us and bring us to an ACTIVE LAB where Rooks was holding there aswell, im pretty sure this is still concidered backup breach, since they seaked help from rooks when the situation was already happening OUTSIDE of the lab, not even close to the lab. and we had already had an altercation with one locos at Casino. 

Bassicly reporting for Ruleplaying and Backupbreach , they brought us to a lab were rookswere holding aswell, and they bassicly aid for help from another gang whilst we already had active situation outside the lab with only locos. 


The rules state : 

1. All parties on a joint frequency must be in the same location (surrounding areas apply should the activity require it ie: scouting). Engagements that take place while enroute to an activity location are permitted to be responded to only by the singular associated faction.

    

   Calling and texting others with information about an active situation needing backup will be considered an attempt to bypass the rule.

    

   Activities are intended to be majority stationary and do not include travel from location to location. They must have a specific accomplishable purpose and may not include hunting other factions (ie: ‘rolling labs’ is not an activity). In the event of chain activities (ie: robbing stores) the activity is considered a specific robbery.

   Factions may not seek assistance/backup from other factions or individuals outside of a pre-established and organized activity.

Hello ID 45 here, I'll respond to this already. 

Let me sum it up for you KB.

We're holding the lab with rooks. Your boy ID 9 in the FMJ starts following us, as we're set-up above the lab, with scouts. Which is the rooks you've seen following. (JOINT FREQ BTW) Then we get a radio call that one of us has been robbed at casino, we check it out, but since we're cooking we weren't taking your tires from the get go as we had another agenda. You then start following me. Everybody was already back at the lab. No demands are given, nothing is happening. You start following me, I drive back to the lab where I've been holding the entire time / circling around it to scout.

Then ID 9 decides to RAM me in his FMJ.... (Non-RP) and then you attempt to ram me as well as I'm driving in. Yet I've shown no hostility towards you or ID 9 in the form of actual aggression with ramming or demands. Then you OPEN FIRE on me without any demands, for what reason? No clue..... I didn't do shit to you yet and wasn't planning to either. Our plan was to finish our cook and get out of there as you were all circling, yet you opened fire on me. Which got everybody's attention inside the lab....

ID 9 had been following us and being annoying as we're circling the lab area constantly, we didn't drive away from it as we had people inside cooking. We did try to speak to him multiple times, never full on rammed him like he did to me. 

I find it a petty report and to say we're back-up breaching a little far fetched, had you initiated or given demands prior to entering the lab, you'd still be in a grey area in my opinion, but you choose to fight in the lab premises and faced the consequences.

I'd like to ask the staff member handling this report why ID 9 decided to ram a kamacho with his FM (Non-RP punishment) and why Kevin Biker opened fire on me without having given any demands to myself (possible deathmatching punishment). Just because you robbed my gang member, doesn't mean you have DM rights on me. 

Anyway, that'll be all unless requested by staff for something else.

Thank you for taking the time to review this report.
first i want to appologize for responding early since i now have it fresh in memmory, and reports take a minute to get viewed since the admins are busy with there lifes aswel.

Its Jackson Jacobs, and I would like to provide my side of the story.

While the Rooks and Los Locos were holding the lab(i was not part of this at that point in time, since i just called help from CUP at Bennys for a racist and vdm report), I was at the store on Strawberry purchasing supplies. Logs can confirm this. While I was there, I heard a member in a FMJ say over the radio ''he is inside'' and to "stay hidden." . Logs should also be able to confirm this.

At that point, I started driving around to figure out what was happening, as I had no knowledge of any ongoing situation that would justify me being followed. Because I had no idea what was going on, I placed a 911 call to avoid any confrontation. Logs can also confirm this. I was not at the lab and was not armed at that time.

I then drove to the casino, intending to enter my house and retrieve some items. While there, I was robbed of my radio, i had 2 on me and gave otf the fake one. In my opinion, this was questionable roleplay, considering the amount of vehicle traffic at the casino(NRP). Shortly afterward, I witnessed an OTF member running out of the casino carrying a heavy weapon while also questionable, since there is a camera at the entrance of the casino, This is where the clips provided by Mr. Kevin Biker begin.

I would also request that the full POV be uploaded rather than only selected clips, as the current footage does not show the complete context of the situation and is clearly worked on.

After dropping my radio, I used my Loco's radio to notify others that I had been robbed. From there, the situation escalated. Luca was chased and eventually rammed by a Super Sport. and he fled toward the lab where Los Locos and the Rooks had been cooking. Eventually, they were engaged and taken down.

There are several points I would like to raise:

1. From my perspective, FMJ had been attempting to bait a fight, and this particular attempt ultimately did not go in their favor.
2. FMJ pursued a single Los Locos member for approximately 15 minutes. Naturally, that member eventually received assistance from others on the same frequency. Logs should confirm the timeline from my earlier statements through the point where a Macho was rammed.
3. Once  OTF became aware that Los Locos and the Rooks were operating together, basic fear roleplay should have been considered. Two established gangs with unknown numbers present should have been treated as a significant threat. Instead, FMJ continued escalating the situation by initiating contact through vehicle ramming.
4. Mr. Kevin Biker stated in his report comment that they were unaware of the lab's existence. However, at approximately 1:59 in the video, someone can clearly be heard saying, "He's running towards the lab." This statement appears to contradict the claim that they did not know a lab was there. I was taught that honesty and accuracy are important when submitting reports, which is why I am commenting on this.
5. In the future, it may be beneficial to request POVs from all involved parties before filing a report, especially when there was no request made through F1 chat or any other means for additional footage to my knowledge.

My POV explains everything, you can see I didnt intentionally ram anyone. All this started because I was following Locos, they then called for backup and it escalated from there.  You can see I didnt ram the kamacho but he turned into me and I tried getting out of it by driving forward so I didnt get hit offroad down the hill.

because i got banned simple as. and @NotMattch said in private to me that the report is will get archived after my request so thats also a reason the video got removed since it will be irrelevant after the guy said its getting archived lol

in my pov u legit see the guy ramming my boy near the entrance of the lab, that was enough for me to shoot his tires, NOT HIM BUT HIS TIRES as u can see in the downloaded pov i shot tires first

no demands but the escelation was high, we robbed their party member already at casino, and before that they had 4 cars trying to block OTF member multiple times failed attempt.

ahn well he tried ramming our sports car multiple times to a point where his car legit almost flipped, and bcs of the prio interaction we had, robbing them, and them boxing our boys i took his tire out, he crashed and this is when he hopped out of the kamacho with AP and a Pump shotty in hand. So ofcourse i decided to clap the guy, idk how you lose a pump fight that close lol. But yea thats what happened, 

PS i dont gut super ears so idk what going on with the kamacho and the otf member, all i see if a big fucking car (kamacho) on top of the supercar to me that looks like hes trying to disable my boys car so i did what i did. i dont see anything wrong with this

I thought we were only going to be fighting Locos. We saw a number of them around the Casino, so we began chasing one. He ran into an area that I wasn't aware was a lab.

I continued pursuing him on foot and saw a man dressed in black pointing a weapon at me, so I opened fire. Shortly afterwards, three Rooks came up behind me and killed me, which left me confused because throughout the pursuit and demands, it had only been Locos that were involved.

I'm also unsure whether it's allowed to run into a lab where one of your allied gangs is cooking simply to gain additional numbers in a gunfight.

So this whole time I was in the lab cooking with rooks on the same freq were we ALL Locos and ALL Rooks were on and I heard the guy in FMJ was just baiting a fight RIGHT ABOVE THE LAB. Then I heard OTF robbed my guy right outside the casino which is 100 meters from the lab. Then there is a chase were OTF is chasing Locos in the labs area and you decide to pit him and shoot his tyres right outside the lab were Me(Locos) and Rooks were holding so we just started to shoot OTF from the lab. In Kevins POV you can see that I was running outside from the lab were I was cooking and killed 2 OTF. I dont have POV because I was never asked to save.
