Add a Third Impound Lot to Sandy Shores

Suggestion is to add another impound lot to Sandy Shores. Currently if a criminal is released from DOC, they have to travel all the way to either Paleto or the city to get a vehicle out. If there were another impound in Sandy, this would allow criminals to more easily get to their cars close to the prison. This would also benefit police and mechanics as post shootout situations where law enforcement need to impound many vehicles can take a long time to travel between the situation area and the impound on the edges of the state.

My only thought to this, is inmates when released, call cabs, and or ride the bus. Wouldn't this take away from those jobs. Especially the bus. In my very many hours of bus driving I have only had a couple of passengers. I could see the added bonuses, but I also think it may take away from potential rp opportunities

+1 but with the stipulation that this impound is extremely expensive to use. 

 

As we know its crims thag need it the most. I'm all for letting them get back to generating content for others but seeing as though they probably came out of prison richer than when they went in (if they farmed) then they should be paying more. 

 

Better yet, simply add it to the prison for a fixed 10k price.

If a crim wants to run to Sandy to get their vehicle out rather then get a cab that should be an option. I don't think it will take away much from DCC. 

As for buses the likelihood of someone being released from DOC at the same time as a bus driver is actively is so low that this shouldn't even be a consideration. I've not been able to catch a bus from DOC since the week after the activity was released. 

An impound in Sandy would be a nice QoL feature for PD, SD and mechanics.

Not really, the vast majority of crims will still be getting out of DOC with a suspended license and not be able to go grab their car but itll be a good addition for those who can and like kempi said easier on PD and SD and mechanics for impounds

I was just thinking about this the other way ironically
