This morning started out slow, one or two customers at a time. Samael Hesperus's history in food service in Los Santos started with a dream, a restaurant people can meet up in, hang out in, get engaged and devour amazing food. The Journey began when Samael attempted to purchase the Burger Shot Franchise; however, the current owner was not interested in selling the profitable business Samael built for them. Samael began searching for the perfect business location to open his own restaurant. 8 Elgin Ave, in the Legion Square was empty, so the Journey Began. After the property was purchased Samael began construction and looking for staff to run this glorious business. I think we need more script based tools, maybe improvements to cooking as an example and some other sorta scripts that enable people creating a hiden gambling lounge or things of that nature. In my endeavors to create a restaurant I had endless rp l, great encounters from top to bottom. From the moment the journey began at burgershot, to the restaurant thats going to be opening its doors very soon. Custom buildings for success business things like that. What i have seen crim and legal both sides crave new RP experiences and dive right in to something new some one starts up.

I have some things I have read and disagreed with and agreed with. I am a Leo here, and one of the first thing I asked is how team speak wasnt meta, and pretty much got laughed out of the discord on that one. A long time ago on eclipse every one had to use team speak, but there really isn't a need for. On fiveM there some cool ways to do radios where only SD, PD, MD all have assigned freq, and you can hot key them so you switch to their radio and say like PD to SD blah, but doing this adds rp, you kill a cop you can steal his radio and listen in for intel. The next thing i saw many bring up is how powerful /FL is on this server. So I will again go to other servers i did Leo RP on, every police station has an armory certain ranks can only aquir certain things from it. you run out, you gotta restock at a police station, or another officer got to drop you supplies. The next thing, that helped balance was LEO's had to but their own cruisers. then based on ranks they were permitted certain styles and vehicles and had to conform to that. a cruiser always had 3 spikes, 1 repair kit, and 1 tire repair kit, and scene control, evidence bags and markers. but once you used those things you had to go to the armory and get more. so not we get into risk/risk. PD had to buy gear, there cars, armor, ect. but, officers got a (stimulous) from all citations issues. once a week after reviewing the cases and everything was proper. all reports, paper work ect was done in the /mtd in game, not on forums. to use the /mtd you needed to actually have it on you, "Yes that meant if a gang captured a high ranking officer they could clean their record" only happened one time in 3 years, but it was possible. lastly, things like store robbery, and less severe only 3 units (cars) could respond. as things escalated maybe guns shots and officer down you could expand to 5. only the big bank of los santos, and terrorism was all units on duty to respond. This was good for both sides. ((no wiping the force no clearing memory of what happened good for pd)) no giant force for every lil robbery larger chance to maybe get away for crim.

I am going to keep this brief, it took 22 micro fiber cloths to clean all the tags on the Burger Shot property, please don't tag us. I know some times it can be heart breaking we are closed, and there is no food to be ordered. However, we take a lot of pride in Burger Shot, and spend a lot time keeping the property clean and tag free.

Side not when you deliver to places like Burger Shot, load times are way faster, and the pay is better but the xp is low. But places like Burger Shot should give 3x the experience, because truck drivers are now adding to other players in the world rp experience. I also think all business should interact with the truckers. MD, PD, ect have certain supplies that could "need to replenished by a trucker as supplies are used. Mechanics, where are they even getting all these turbos any way. Engaging truckers in to other jobs would over all add to the entire worlds emersion

To day was a very slow shift, but we still got a lot done. Managed to mop the floors, complete a lot meal prep for the weekend, Served a couple customers, and lastly cleaned the tables. Hopefully tomorrow night we have many more people to serve. Always remember "Don't Get Shot, get Burger Shot"

Two things, both are very simple requests I think. 1. The Burger Shot Livery on the Burrito, (even a simple just the logo) this would be to enable further progress on project save Burger Shot. 2. The ability to supplement food supplies from other stores when the trucks are not keeping up. Script wise you can only use food that the trucks bring you in the kitchen making it hard to produce large orders when trucks are not online. While I think even as a faction most of our food should come in via trucks, I get many large orders on the weekends.

Operation Bring Back Burger Shot Burger Shot used to be a staple in every city; however, the Burger Shot in down to Los Santos spends most of it hours appearing abandon. I am here to try and bring life back into Burger Shot, and bring the community of Los Santos together. In a city that the criminal's run rampant, and the police are over worked. every one needs a place to take a load off, and enjoy a good meal. During the process of our mission, we want to try and bring an app into play. This app we would like to push into play would allow you to order Burger Shot for deliver, and catering for large scale events. Services, and Menu Options ((Subject to change)) Burger Shot on the spot: that is right, with a simple phone call we want to bring it to you. The owner will be who primarily interacts with the city government, deals with health code violations. All changes to the company and brand will ultimately have to pass over the owners desk. Simple things like changing the cars Burger Shot uses for deliver would pass over this persons desk. While the owner will be very hands on during the birth of Burger Shot, his future may be more with PR, and advertising once established. District Manger This will be the most trusted manger to the owner. His metaphoric right hand if you will. His job will be ensuring the management team is able to handle the changes when the come into play. Operation Manger Operations manger will be in charge recruiting, and termination of employees. To ensure smooth operations of each location we open. Store Manger Store mangers will handle promotions, price changes, and inventory stock at the locations. The will also ensure the store's are safe and report safety concerns up the ladder or to local law enforcement. Assistant store manger Assistant store manger will complete any duties assigned from the store manager, and directly interact with store staff. HR type duties will begin at this tier and above. Shift Leads Shift Leads, will be the training staff. This is the bottom of the management tree. This will be the most chaotic position. They will handle customer complaints, and issues between insiders and outsiders. They will also have to train the raw patty's Insiders Insiders, are going to be prepping orders for the outsiders, and for customers in the locations. they will also run the registers inside the location, and answer the store phone when it rings to take orders. They can also take deliveries if there are not outsiders on shift and they are not alone. outsiders These are the delivery staff. They will slowly train on food prep and the Point Of Sales registers; however, there primary function will be to bring piping hot food to those in need in the world. Raw Patty New hires, that can not be expected to complete a task alone. These rookies will be with an insider, or above at all times until which time they proved them selves. Hiring Process Application Process: We will always be accepting applications. and our application can be found ((place holder)). There will be important information about job requirements here. Please note we are going to be designed for newcomers, to try to get them engaged with the community. That being said their most recent admin record can be no sooner then 7days ago. Interviews: Can be given by assistant store mangers and above. Once your application has been approved inform staff at your local Burger Shot and try to get an interview. Training and development: Once hired, you may begin training with a shift lead or above. A trainer may partner you with an outsider to begin learning how the outsider work is done when they feel you are ready, and understand your roles.

+1 In the passed there were alot illegal car parts, even like the red headlights, would get you pulled over and searched. I think we should go back that direction, added alot of RP

My only thought to this, is inmates when released, call cabs, and or ride the bus. Wouldn't this take away from those jobs. Especially the bus. In my very many hours of bus driving I have only had a couple of passengers. I could see the added bonuses, but I also think it may take away from potential rp opportunities .
