Modifying Game Files to Gain Unfair Advantages

Players are not allowed to modify their game files to gain unfair advantages over other players. Such as (but not limited to):

Removing graphical aspects of the game which you otherwise can't remove through the game settings, which allows you to e.g. see players better. You can't for example remove vegetation/other objects outside of what the in-game settings allow, or remove shadows completely. In other terms, we do not allow PVP graphic settings, it is an RP server. GTA 5 has a vast selection of graphic settings for players to optimize their game to ensure a smooth gameplay experience. Visual Enhancement Mods such as QuantV and NVE are not disallowed if you want to increase your graphics beyond what the game allows, as this does not provide any unfair advantages. 

How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)
We were holding cayo lab with a large group of people, when OTF decided to push us. A fight happend and I was on my way back again to assist but I c0'd coming from the city back to the island by boat when I hit the GPS spot. I quickly came back and was on the frequency when I heard the last two people on the frequency say "this is it" and that they were under heavy fire. When I then finally got to the island I decide to be sneaky and see what's going on. I sneak up to the guard post as can be seen in the POV and decide to just look what's happening. I was going to look for possible injured but seeing the activity at the front entrance I decided to stay put. Then suddenly the kamacho driven by ID 121 comes up to my location, there has been no shots for atleast 5 to 6 minutes. They were going in and out of the lab and has completely secured it. He suddenly drives up to my location to which I decide to quickly hide, it could have been that he seen me for a SPLIT second, but the fact he came up there suddenly is very sus to me. He gets out of his car, gets into position and I take my drugs to see if I have a chance to flee into the bushes behind me and get back to my boat. As soon as I get out of the bush, He moved over to the other side and was pre-aming me and started shooting, then I break line of sight, as you can see in my POV for a split second, the bushes I'm running into are pretty dense, yet when I break line of sight, you can clearly see his bullets following my exact path, even when I'm past the other bushes he's still hitting me dead on. I think I know exactly who the player is, as this is not the first time I suspected anything, but I didn't want to jump to conclusions. He was asked to save POV and responded to my PM's.

Hello Scarlett, thanks for taking the report!

We were on a massive shootout between OTF vs. Empire & Locos, during the shootout we managed to only have fights with Empire, Locos were nowhere to be seen - multiple guys were calling it out that there are more Empire & Locos still roaming around on foot, while I am scouting around for a bit I move forward over to West and due to my texture quality settings that are low a bush wasn't properly streamed in for me and I see weird object disappear which caught my attention instantly as I get closer to the bush I notice the white shoes and call it out instantly on the radio and wait for backup!

also I would like to bring to attention some things, why is the reporting party moving his camera towards the position and run instantly as I start pushing/moving closer to him from besides having zero info/visuals about my whereabouts & why is he so sure that it was me in the Kamacho pushing him while in his POV there is someone else approaching him while he's down and he had no clear visuals that it was me?

I'm using a basic ReShade setup and some visual adjustments in my user_resources RAGEMP folder to make the game's colors look more natural. In RP, I find the default GTA graphics a bit too blurry and gray, so I use these mods strictly to improve the immersion and atmosphere.

My ReShade only handles post-processing like Technicolor2 and Vibrance to fix the color saturation, and qUINT_sharp to clean up the image quality. The files in my user_resources RAGEMP folder are just standard lighting tweaks that adjust the ambient brightness and contrast to make the lighting look more cinematic.

I want to emphasize that I haven't modified the skybox, weather, or any world textures. I don't use 'no-fog' or 'no-bush' mods; However, I play with my GTA graphic settings on Low. Because of these low draw-distance settings, some distant foliage doesn't always render fully for me until I'm much closer. I didn't purposefully modify the game to remove them; it’s just a result of my graphics settings.. I'm happy to provide any further screenshots or folder captures to show my setup is purely for aesthetics.
