Racing Script changes

just a simple suggestion to change the racing script to make it a bit more user friendly.

Get rid of public/private tracks.

Any track made, will be given a random 4 or 5 digit code like, "AX4F" / "K7F6GB" (4 digits is 1.6 million different tracks, 5 digits is 60 million different tracks)
When making a track, the creator can limit it to a specific vehicle, vehicle class (offroad/sport/coupe) or all.
Putting in that code to a U menu UI loads that track and the scoreboard for it, and lets you run the track and view the scoreboard

This will make sharing the track with faction/friends much easier. Also, allow the creator to toggle if people can race on it or not, making it "view only" in a way.

+1. I would also add making "faction tracks" that would allow factions to specifically share tracks to their factions

Inviting yourself to your own race should automatically accept the invite.

I think adding also betting and stake adding in U menu would be great. So everyone that joins have to pay and you don't forget who did it and such. Just makes it easier to do some quick races in public lobbies.

 

Also making it so you can have a "public" lobby? Seems like there is no option for it or I might be blind, either have a "make the race be invite only and/or make it public". Might have missed it but did nto see that option at all

Below are the suggestions I have collected and forwarded to the developers, I will add sharing to factions also. I don't think the public/private thing should be removed as this provides a easy way for other players to use tracks.

• Add an option to delete a track.
• Add an option to add players as race organisers, gives them permission to start races. Could also give a permission to edit.
• Add an option to change a track type;  private/public.
• Add a navigate to option to find the start of the track.

Personally, I think that if there's going to be an option to choose between public/private tracks, then it should be three options: public (in the list for everyone), faction (speaks for itself), and 'private', which gives you the share code.

I like the idea for an option to add betting/stakes to a race. Have an entry fee for people to accept, and that money goes into a pot. You can set the pot to either pay to first place or pay in percentage to the podium winners.

Also add the ability to see race rules when invited. Just to see the white/blacklisted classes/cars, if HSW is banned or not, etc.

Make it so the leaderboard only displays the best attempt of each driver+car. This way we avoid having multiple similar lap times clogging the leaderboards.

In this example you would have gotten rid of 4th, 5th, 6th lap time.

Add a weekly leaderboard instead of having the total time stay all the time.

 

Example is Daily, weekly, Montly and All-Time best maybe not daily but just somehting to differecnes the time they got taken. And what time they got taken at like "2026-02-13 : 13:44 UTC" like achiviments have it

Not a GTA Race type by from the Midnight Club series. A race with common start, a number of check points that you can hit in any order before heading to a finish line.

I think it still should display multiple top lap times from one player with different cars. Just want the duplicate lap times to be removed, it clogs up the leaderboard so much.

Yeah, that makes sense. So fastest players, and in what vehicle. If I race twice in the same vehicle, then it will only display my fastest lap time.

This way ppl can hold records in multiple vehicles and it gets rid of unnecessary lap times. If I do 3 similar laps in one car, only the best time should display for that car. If I do another 3 laps in a different car, it should display that top, time too.
