Let car speakers and normal speakers tune into radio freq's

radio's can only be heard by one person wearing the radio. let the car speaker and the placeable speaker access freqs so they'll play audio of the freq in their general area

I was initially going to hate this idea but I actually sort of love it.

Obviously the encrypted leo frequencies would only be able to play in the appropriate vehicles but that'd be good immersion perhaps.

I remember back in the days of GTASamp, there were live DJs who played their own songs and everyone could listen to their songs by tuning into the right radio station. Like a job in weazel news

But agree with bala that only Faction vehicles from GOV factions should be able to tune their radios to any 900 freq
