Cannot Add Garage spots to my Casino apartment

Issue/bug you are reporting: When I purchased the Casino penthouse with Credits it stated I could upgrade to 12 total spots in the garage I have purchased it an cannot add the slots. I spoke to some admins in Discord and was told to wait 24 hours to see if it changed and then to put in a bug report.

Expected behavior:  I should be able to F6 and preview then select more slots. at 1k credits per slot.

Evidence (MUST provide either UNEDITED photo or video) , notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Added photo to show option does not exist. The whole reason I purchased was so I could upgrade to 12 parking spots.

Click "Preview (no cost)" on the right (image 1), then in that screen you'll see the option on the left to "add size" (image 2). This is where you add slots.

Yes clicking preview does nothing in my case. We also tried from the management option inside the apartment and nothing.

I would also like to note the preview thing works if I don't own the apartment. But i also have one in the del perro building and it is the same cannot preview anything

I sometimes have the same issue on my (4k) resolution, I assumed this to be an widescreen interface-issue. If you quickly switch to HD (1920x1080), you should be able to click the preview-button.

@Superdizzle78, are you only attempting to buy it from the F6 menu? Have you tried to buy it from the actual scripted "garage" at the Casino parking garage?

I can click the preview button and see the garage option on all the apartments I haven't purchased

I have tried from the F6, from inside the apartment, outside the apartment, and inside the garage

Try changing your resolution from widescreen to something more 16:9

I will try but considering I can see it for apartments I don't own I doubt it is a resolution issue

I stand corrected, Changing resolution made it visible. My apologies and I greatly appreciate all the help.

It's most likely that you can't actually click on the button when in widescreen, maybe if you hovered more to the left or right of the button, it will look like it's hovered over and then click on it. 

 

Also, you might be able to use tab key to get focus on the button, then use tab/enter to "click" it
