They can not hear the sounds and thus can not slow down and pull over. Why do we allow no sound players when it is a literal impossibility that they can follow this rule?

BallinByNature Posted August 5, 2020 Report Posted August 5, 2020 Players are IC at all times, if they dont hear something, they still face the IC consequences to not hearing them. People are allowed to use the volume and mute functions of their PC and we cannot dictate that, though RP continues as is. Thanks for the suggestion!
