MD panic button

Hey, this is a suggestion in relation to MD specifically.

 

as of right now the /em [ctrl + E] Panic alarm for MD only goes out to other MD units. Its been like this since the start, but with the recent change of crim behaviour on the server I think it needs to change.

I honestly think that the panic button for MD should be a "both" call and not just "medic"

this would make it so MD, PD and SD all get the panic button call.

 

There has been several times when I'm the only medic on duty and needed to trigger the panic alarm due to some random attacking me or my ambulance. a few of those times I've not had the time or ability to press the panic AND ask PD/SD over /dep to assist me on the panic. The panic button is completely pointless if there is no other medical units on shift as it is right now

GOV, PD and SD panics all go out to each other...no reason that MD shouldn't work the same way.

I would like to clarify that I think it should ONLY be the panic. Backups should remain separate if possible
