This would help boat dealer's and fuel station owners by creating more rp for the whole city. Truckers for delivery and fuel and all factions PD/SD/MD crims and civilian's as everyone loves new toys. I know boas can be glitchy but why not add an awesome boat into the server that has 0 change to create any harm if added. It look's amazing an is a good performance boat. Fishing exploring chases adventures all would be amplified with a faster better looking boat then a dinghy.

LEOs have very limited boat spawn locations and it could take a very long time to even get the boat over to the location where a criminal is trying to evade in said boat. It would just become another meta evading tool that would provide little to no positive RP interactions.

Boats are under utilized and sounds like Leo's need more boat spawns..
