I don't really understand why it needs to be moderated. If it's to prevent metagaming or something of the sort, there's already alternative services which aren't moderated by Eclipse, like Discord. Not allowing the feature for all players because some might abuse it when there's already other ways to get around the metagaming rule seems like a poor excuse for disabling it.

they need to add something so you can see and meet other people easier, the suggested friends is good but the fact every character from anyone that's ever played has an account to makes it impossible to actually be finding people you don't know who actually still play.

A "for you page" would be good if it showed people that are actively posting.

This is already implemented, if you click on the drop down menu for news feed there's a tab called discover posts.

This is exactly why it was removed. There was no way to moderate the messaging platform without development time needed for it per convos I read.

Agreed, people will metagame anyway, just say it is moderated and people will use Discord, and people who are going to use it for the purpose needed will continue to do so.
