AEEKAY Posted May 4, 2023 Report Posted May 4, 2023 Date and time (provide timezone): N/A Character name: Lex Roth Issue/bug you are reporting: Bullet Casings not providing fingerprints at all. Expected behavior: When someone shoots/reloads/strips a weapon without gloves or damaged gloves fingerprints should be able to be found on the bullet-casings with a fingerprint tape. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Take any weapon without wearing gloves. Strip the bullet casings, reload the weapon, shoot the weapon, and do the same process over and over again, the result will be the same. The bullet casings won't have any fingerprints on them. This has been tested with @Harveyyy Vehicle license plate number*: N/A

First of all, it is not really emphasized what the reload process is, the player might be handling and discarding magazines, not reloading them one bullet at a time. Even if that were the case, the deformation, heat and the barrel might just destroy the fingerprints. At least that is my take on this.
