Scrapyard Cars getting impounded then still having them

Issue/bug you are reporting: So I got a Scrapyard car and it got impounded. And I was able to get it uninpounded? And now I own it? Its perma stalled so IDK if I can sell it but if possible that could be an insane bug to make money

Expected behavior:  When its impounded it goes away

Get a scrapyard car. Get it impounded and then retrieve it

To get rid of scrap cars you need to scrap it again at the scrapyard. You want to make a suggestion rather than a bug as currently this is the intended way.

A member of staff told me in game that when they get impounded they should disappear

Cops can pull them out of impound for you, they dont get used often so staff arent always fully knowledgable on them.

I’ve had a scrap car for weeks. When it gets impounded, I just sign to get it released.
