How can you roleplay when theres nothing to do especially when theres no inmates. Also i always see you on a bike which is easy to evade xD

This was probably brought up before, not sure, but I think there should be an NPC sitting at the desk at impound at all times. You go up to it click on it as you would a dealer and a list of your cars you have in impound comes up and the fee it will cost to get it out. Have it so scriptly you cant take vehicles out of the impound if you dont have a license or if you have a ticket you need to pay. Ive been stuck at impound multiple times for 20 mins up to an hour sometimes waiting for an officer to come. Clearly if theres officers on-duty and none are responding to you at impound it means they are busy RPing somewhere else or just dont like the RP of going impound and taking vehicles out. They would rather not respond and find something else to do instead which I dont blame to be honest. This feature will also be good when it comes to times where there isnt many people online and no cops on duty where its a waste of time even trying to go impound in hope of an officer responding.

Even if you use silencer most likely not everyones gonna have a silencer on both sides especially with heavy weapons which silencers are almost never used on. -

Maybe you and Tonys characters are not up north enough because I dont think you both realise how often police get called for no reason. No shots fired, nobody robbed, and all of a sudden police raid because somebody came into the lab and left to then call 911. -

I think its easier if its imposed on PD/SD as they would be more experienced rather than every other player as majority of this problem comes from players which are more new to the server and the last thing we want is to punish new players and give more work to mods/admins by increasing the number of reports made on forums. After a short time they will be use to the rule whereas the new player will get reported and punished before they know its a rule. -

I was told that there is already a faction rule within SD that sd cannot respond to calls from known criminals or people that have regularly called cops on labs. However a lot of the time it is newer players that do this after been robbed. I think it should involve all players not just known criminals about criminal activity within a lab unless as i said ON-DUTY government official such as PD/SD/Medic. I think your right when you say an ON-DUTY employee should be able to ring police if they witness a shootout near braddocks but if you go into a lab with the intentions engaging in criminal activity whether you are a known criminal or not, you should not be allowed call police as you are committing crimes also. -
I dont know how many times my day/night has been ruined by other criminals calling police on me at drug labs. This has been happening more and more each day and I cant tell you how annoying it is to go to a drug lab to try make money and have other criminals call police on me, leading to you evading multiple times a day and because it happends so often your bound to get caught and spend anywhere from 2+ hours in prison, 10k+ fines and the loss of any guns/equipment/plants you had. You sometimes lose heavies, bodyarmor and hundreds of plants you have spent so long trying to get over something that does not feel realistic at all. Examples: 1. You go to a drug lab and rob another criminal to which he then leaves and calls cops. 2. A rival gang member comes into a drug lab and spots his rival gang inside the lab. He then leaves and calls police on all them so they have to evade and lose heavies to police and now his gang can take the lab for themselves. 3. Someone goes to a lab and notices the lab is already occupied by other people to which he/she leaves and calls police, waits for them to chase them out and goes in and either steals all their plants or starts to plant for himself. 4. Characters such as David DeAngel who base their main goal/activity of the day on going to lab and calling police anytime he spots other people inside any lab just for his own fun. There is two ways this rule can be introduced under the NRP rule. In my opinion it would be a lot easier for the 2nd one to be introduced as the first one could be broken by many new and/or inexperienced players that will lead to many reports, situations that will need to be voided and a lot of overall time wasted for everyone involved. 1. You cannot report crime to the police on other players inside a drug lab unless you are a ON-DUTY government official. OR 2. All reports of crime within a drug lab is to be treated/interpreted by the police as a prank and must not be acted upon unless reported by an ON-DUTY government official. +1/-1 ?? Open to all opinions/suggestions.

+1 I think only official gangs should be allowed do it and the "graffiti" (images) has to be sent to FM and approved in order for us to be able to do it. Would be nice to put a gang logo in our area. To stop it from being abused only let up to 3 images be used as graffiti and every member can only have 1 of each image somewhere sprayed in the city. If i spray image 1 in the hood and then try spray image 1 again in paleto then the one in the hood disappears.

+1 This is actually a good idea. Like the hints could be "word on the street..." 1) "drop is in the city" 2) "drop is in sandy" 3) "drop is up north/paleto" OR "on the north/east/south/west part of the map" I don't like the idea that they can see when the weight drops and then get 15+ people to go check them all rolling the dice that one of them cracks and with enough people checking it will always crack 95% of the time. It also doesn't make sense that a dealer loyal to a gang gives up this info for free. -

+1 i would like to see faster cooking times than the current 200 secs (preferably 30-40 secs) + FREE materials because i dont think many people will risk bringing materials to labs if im being honest. Since the static labs were boosted i havent really seen an increase of people at labs and i feel if you want a big increase in people at labs (player interaction) it needs to be boosted a lot. Labs are high risk and its hard for normal people to go there without being robbed/killed within first 20 mins so reward should be very high and worth fighting for.

+1 They are basically cheats. They give players advantage over others by installing software to their computer. And with pd/sd knowing this they intentionally install it to use it to their advantage. You can never have a good big fight with a rival gang anywhere on the map whether it be chilliad or garbage without pd/sd showing up stealing your loot!

+1 Everybody but hackers and Mass DMers should be brought back. I have 3 DM punishments and was banned twice. First ban lasted 4 weeks (DM #2) and after 2 weeks back into the server I got banned for 2nd time which lasted 6 weeks (DM #3). I was allowed back into the server for the 2nd time around 7-8 months ago and have learned my lesson and I feel like i contribute positively to the server. So if i can be giving 2 chances to come back after few weeks off, then people that are not as lucky as me to be given a chance after spending multiple months away from the server should also be given leniancy. How low does the player count have to go before people realise its not just the lack of updates but how harsh the punishments are. I couldnt even estimate how many players are banned its probably that high. I heard player count use to be 600+ at peak times. When i joined 12 months ago it was around 400 at peak times and now the player count is on average 250 at peak times. A year from now it will probably be around 150 and I dont even think these updates will make it go up. We are never going to be a high tier roleplaying server. The server is so strict and anytime you wont to do some crim shit you cant because your always thinking of "am i allowed do this?". So many ooc guidelines restricting us from having fun.

Theres probably 1-2 factions at max that is still "going around" at this time including LSD because they race all the time and have something to do. All the other factions have disbanded or are dying/dead ever since this update came out. What ever happened to multiple gangs being 20+ deep? Clearly we are not going in the right direction. The city has no gangs left. Its built for legals. All these updates are just crim nerfs. Havent seen a single change that benefited a crim yet. Clearly this "roundtable" of people deciding on what to implement are majority LEOs and have never spent any time on a criminal character. I wouldnt expect you to understand what every criminal is going through right now.

Change is good, however ATMs and the ability to rob gun stores & clothing stores was definetely not a good replacement for banks, atleast not for the bigger gangs that is. On average Shenzhen would do a bank a day with a average cut of approximately 20k-25k per person typically cut between 10-15 people which isnt even enough in surviving the criminal day to day lifestyle - mors/impound fees, prison/jail/camera fines, equipment/.50s lost daily due to fights or cops. And thats not even involving the heavy weapons/body armor lost. ATM packs after laundered give an average of approx 1.5k. In order to make up for the bank cuts we would get, we would have to do 14-17 ATMs EACH everyday. I would say its only possible to do approx 15 an hour and that is without any disruptions from police and finding an ATM that is actually opened asap. Ive tried ATMs and i typically have to evade from police every 3-5 ATMs which will lead to me spending more time evading then actually doing them. This is just a long and grindy process to merely survive day-to-day crim life. Dont get me wrong they are fun to do but its just not a good replacement for banks. I feel like if static labs go back to the way they use to be (also with lsd lab re-opening) it would be the best possible move made for the server in terms of criminals and people will actually log in to play because yesterday a 36 person gang who use to be 18-22 deep at peak times not too long ago had 0 people on yesterday during peak hours after i logged in and seen i was the only member online. This is obviously due to the update (banks/cooking changes) and obviously a lot of gangs disbanding, leaving us with very little to do. The sooner it happends the better.

+1 That update has demotivated our entire gang and probably a lot of other gangs. Banks and cooking did not need a change. .50 takes more skill than any other pistols, costs more and weighs more in terms of ordering and therefore should do most damage.
