-1, personally I believe how the banks currently work are just fine. [During law enforcement dead hours as you mention most of the time attempting to do a bank robbery isn't possible due to the amount of police presence.]

Personally I didn't mind it. But if there is a way to remove having to use the command /vr 1 it should be implemented. [+1]

-1, I feel like it's just unnecessary as the player count is quite low as is and if players previously banned on 1.0 were to be unbanned in 2.0 I believe it just wouldn't be fun for casual players.

I remember this being implemented and personally I didn't enjoy it. Best way to go about implementing something like this is to make a command like mentioned by @Kjaer. ++++++
