Why is this thread titled "The Scout Police SUV" when it's accessible by every single player on the server? I feel like this is targeted at LEO's when criminals buy the scout for the exact same reason. The vehicle is designed for off-road use. It complies with server rules for its use in that manner. Sure, PD has the Kamacho, but that isn't accessible to all IC. Do you expect PD to have a vehicle specifically to chase your off-road capable scout? The PD scout is top-heavy anyway due to the light bar on top, so actually performs worse than the one accessible by anyone else on the server. Massive -1

First person should be forced! Makes it harder to take tires and adds a new challenge to car fights for both LEO and Cops so they're on an even playing field

+1, I feel like the script armour that is used for bomb defusal RP should remain at 200AP, however is in NO CIRCUMSTANCES to be used to patrol or in gunfights as I've seen 200AP used in scenarios in BOTH PD and SD.

This needs to be fixed, makes no sense to get one shot by a singular bullet to the right hand for example. It's been a bug for way too long

You are able to bait a pursuit if you are wanting to do a bank. Below is the bullet point from the NON-RP rule in general rules. Baiting Government Services without proper IC motive. (For example, bank robbers have IC motive to bait police if they want to get their attention away from the bank they are wanting to rob). In relation to the topic, I believe there should be an IC or OOC protocol for LEO's to camp banks. There should be sufficient reasoning, like an active trace on a wanted individual with an affiliation, or intel of a gang about to hit a bank. By no means am I saying "cops can camp banks if there's a reason". Instead, one or two units should alternate in patrolling the area, as if there is a failed bank attempt say in the city, other banks are going to be on high alert, so would make sense for some form of police presence patrolling the area. Cops however, should not be able to sit outside a bank ((Tabbed Out)) doing paperwork or doing whatever else they may be doing, as like mentioned above, restricts our already demotivated criminal player base.
